Went to the Caliber collision on Ricky and dealt with Jorge T. I have to use my car for work and when I dont have it I lose money. Jorge got all the body work, paint, and calibration work done within 3 days which was great for me. Calibur did great work with great customer service.

Be careful if you go there and they tell you that they’re waiting on a part inquire about them waiting on that part. See if there’s something that you can do to speed Make some phone calls ask for the part number call around yourself. Don’t just settle for their answers because that’s what they did to me and three weeks later I had to find the part.

[UPDATE I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES AND HAVE NOT RECIEVED A RESPONSE] THIS SHOPS BEHAVIOR IS CRIMINAL/ UNETHICAL Good service but absolutely terrible worksmanship! They burned my seat and had paint drip all over the side they where suppose to repair. But when i called they fixed the interior and pretended to fix the exterior. They never fixed a dent on the affected side that i payed for either. They also took extra days causing me to pay extra for a rental. IF YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY SENDS YOU HERE JUST SIMPLY REQUEST A DIFFERENT BODY SHOP!

Excellent repair work and customer service. My bumper completely came off while I was driving on the freeway. They were able to tell it had been hit before I bought it and the repair work wasn't thorough, spotting damage on the bumper guard and successfully getting that paid to be replaced through my insurance, as well, even though it was years before the current incident as the underlying cause. Staff took the time to explain the process and what world would be done and kept me updated throughout. Beautiful final job once I got my car back, as well! They did not disappoint but exceeded my expectations.

The work was fast and good. Customer service was lacking. They fixed my tailgate which had gotten bent. It wasn’t ready when I went to pick it up after they said it was ready. The agent made a big deal about vacuuming .thought it was strange bc every shop that has done work for me has the vehicle cleaned before returning it. I thought it was industry standard.

They claimed that they did a realignment on my vehicle but it wasn’t listed on the final bill. Geico and this shop scam me a $120 for the alignment I did before I took my vehicle in their shop. Plus they damaged my vehicle.

A part was missing from my vehicle. When it was addressed, I was told they'll look into and give me a call. I haven't heard anything since. When I lock my car the noise it makes to lock is no longer working and the lights don't blink to indicate that it's been locked.

I own a detailing business so I get asked all the time if I know a good body shop. I normally never recommend anyone because you just never know with most body shops. Well that’s going to change as of today! Caliber Collision went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. Kim knew that I was a detailer and that I was going to be very picky and when I first saw my truck I was actually surprised at how good it came out! I was expecting to see at least one thing that needed more attention and I was 100% wrong. It was perfect! I can’t recommend Caliber Collision enough!! Very happy customer!! :)

My car was done “early” when I went to get it I was shocked at the fitment job they had done. Everything was off and not one gap even. The headlights they replaced didn’t even work which means no one checked before giving me the car. My hood now shakes as I drive. Completely ruined my car. Going back and demanding the work be redone. Oh and the alignment they got now makes my steering wheel slight left to go straight. Ridiculous!

It took a month for my company’s minivan to be repaired and I had to contact Calibre regarding progress. I was contacted the day before Thanksgiving and was told it was ready. I made Calibre aware I would have to wait on someone from the corporate office to release the funds to pay for the van. I was contacted again on Friday and made Calibre aware it would have to wait until Monday. I did pick up the van on Monday and was surprised to see the battery being jumped. When I inquired if a door or light was left on, I was told it was because the van had been left an additional five days and would be gone once it was driven. It was not and would not start as soon as the minivan got back to our facility and was turned off. I contacted Calibre and was told the insurance company would have to approve a new battery. I purchased a new battery and then realized the front driver side tire was flat, so I had to buy a new tire because there was a long screw in it. I cannot say what did or did not happen at the repair shop but the battery and tire were alright when I dropped it off. I have another company vehicle to be repaired but I will not take it to Calibre.

I have a serious problem with lack of professionalism and quality of work. I had to go back numerous times and still have issues. Communication seemed good, they seemed on the level. I was not rushing them. I just wanted it fixed, check in hand from insurance. Went in to pick truck up late in day and spoke to writer jayson. Truck was dirty as you can imagine, you would think i bring in damaged truck. You should clean and inspect for damage, correct and clean so customer can appreciate it. Not here! Even so being late in the day i still noted that reworked door had numerous paint flaws, the aftermarket door handle was junk and looked horrible and barely opened the door. Door moldings on the tail end peeling up since they reused. Got a genertic aftermarket used driver mirror. The rear door was sticking up 1/4 to 1/2 inch on rear top side clear as day. Granted late in the day and i am a mechanic by trade and see what overs might not but i am no way a body guy, so why do i have to tell the body shop the errors of their work and HOW DO THEY NOT INSPECT THEIR OWN WORK. The second time i went to pick it up, rear door is lined up wvwn though jayson argued with me door wasnt removed, pictures to be included to witness marks on bolts, plus 1 bolt on door " that wasnt removed" also has bolt sticking out. But had rubber shavings from removal tool that he swore was dirt. I gave up arguing with him. Found aome more paint issues and left truck which i went back later that day for the 3rd time I told them I was over it and since I still have to repair front right side bumper my buddy that does body work will take care of what your shop can't. All I have to do is pay for parts/materials. BUT I STILL HAVE TO BRING IT BACK. Door bolts are sticking half out, massive wind leak from replaced door. They got something all over window on replacement door that will not come off, replacement door wiring sleeve into body not fully secure and has a clear issue as that door speaker goes in and out when harness touched. This is absolutely ridiculous and your writer jayson was starting to become combative. Truck wasn't cleaned and had this white rubber debris all over it and he claimed it was dirt. I said no it's from the eraser wheel you use to get adhesive off and he didn't like that, skuffed and said i dont know what to tell you its dirt and windy as he scrubs like crazy to get "dirt" off. Plus tell me that door didn't come off when their is clear witness marks on the bolts and door was sticking up 1/4 to 1/2 inch on the back side. I DONT WANT TO GO BACK TO THAT PLACE AND NEED SOMEONE TO REACH OUT. I DOUBT INSURANCE WILL GIVE ME A RENTAL DUE TO BODY SHOP INCOMPETENCE, i have pictures for some of issues

Despite the shop being 5-star rated on my insurance's list, my experience was a complete disaster. After a minor fender bender, my car was in their possession for a staggering 3 MONTHS, ultimately being declared a total loss. While I acknowledge that the shop was generally good at communicating throughout the process and provided a rental vehicle, these positives are completely overshadowed by their serious shortcomings. Early on, they discovered significant frame rail damage, requiring extensive repairs. Despite initially declaring the car 'done' and ready for paint, subsequent quality control checks revealed major welding issues. I was told by the manager, "unfortunatly we don't know the quality of these guys work untill we see them do it. " The shop then ordered replacement parts multiple times, only to learn that a crucial part for my 3-year-old car was no longer manufactured. This information should have been uncovered much earlier, preventing unnecessary work and delays. This ordeal caused immense inconvenience. I incurred significant costs for transportation, rentals, and childcare. The shop's lack of attention to detail and apparent inability to handle complex repairs ultimately resulted in my car being totaled. I strongly advise against choosing this shop for any vehicle repairs.
