Had a issue with this shop. They were of no help to resolve the issue. Hutch is terrible at trying to help you out if you have any issues and will hang up on you if if doesn't want to help you. Filed a complaint with BBB and of course they ignore them and don't respond. And go figure no corporate # to talk to anyone. Good luck if you have any problems and you try to get them resolved here . 0 stars if I could. And also make sure you check you your paper work they like like to add additional fees and sneak them into bigger repairs. *in regards to not finding me in your system is that it was under my girlfriends name, so you won't find me but rather her. She spent well over $5,000 with your company only to have same issues. "Hutch" is not very professional when it comes to resolving issues . So yes it was absolutely this location. I would know i had to bring her car back over 3 different times only to be told everything was fine when it wasn't. Very frustrating when the shop is supposd to be professionals*

I used to go this location but had a family member take their vehicle in for oil change next thing you know they get a few ther repairs done and now their car has more issues than it came in with . And of course all they want is more money to fix things that probably dont need to be fixed. They tried to resolve the issue with Hutch the manager but he just keeps saying it's this and that it would cost more. I don't mean couple hundred it's a couple thousand which is insane when they just went in for a oil change. I will not be going back there nor recommending any of my family or friends.

I am very upset with this place they gave me three different prices on my car i been back and forth over 5 time after one oil change my Macanicc was out of town but told me what the problem was lower arm control system i told them the problem they added more problems took my car to Chevy they looked at my car and gave me paperwork that they never did the job remind you it was over 4000 as soon as i get back im talking my car back the got over so corporate gotta pay me

The first few times I patronized this buisness the service was good but the last time I went in july they left my oil cap off my car and today I had the worst experience the manager tries to upsale and then belittle you if you refuse the repair he actually declined to do my oul change becuase I refuse the repair I won't be returning and I will be filing a co.aint with the better buisness bureau

Amazing shop! I went here just to get my oil changed and the young man that changed my oil I believe his name was Sean was just amazing! I went here for my smog check. I passed my smog but they recommended me to have my serpentine belt replaced. My belt was just replaced by Midas about 4 months ago. I brought it back to Midas and had them check it. Long behold there is nothing wrong with the belt. USA is not to be trusted.

DO NOT GET SERVICE HERE. My 17 year old son brought his vehicle in for an oil change. They did not add oil back in and it blew the engine. When confronted, they admitted they were wrong. They came to the house, inspected it and towed it back to their shop. This was a Saturday. On Monday, the man who offered to fix it, had been fired and a new manager started that day. They gaslit us and told us that didn't happen. We towed it directly from this shop to Toyota on Sahara. They showed us evidence that they did not put oil in the car and ruin my son's engine. The owners and managers refused to get back us on this issue. We called several times. Do not use this company. ***update and response*** My son was a minor when this happened. I have included pictures to show the company you guys hired to tow the car to your shop after the engine blew. I also included the repair estimate and notes from Toyota. Your staff has my number and so does your new manager. This incident happened on June 21,2025. We waited several months for you to do something about this. It's been six months, so yes, I am gonna leave this review because people need to know.

They also damaged my fuel pump and did not document the work. Mike specifically damaged telling me he moved the fuel line. Deb said she would unwind the deal to my warranty company and never sent payment back. Then once I left called the warranty company and said I didn’t pay my deductible when I told her I did not want them to do any work until they confirmed the problem with my A/C, and also said I didn’t have to pay the deductible. I have videos of them admitting they did work they never informed me the warranty company they would do and I reached out to “corporate” and still have not heard anything. Below is the email sent per USA Auto instructions that they have yet to respond to
