Avoid Caliber Collision in Henderson at all costs. This location is a textbook example of incompetence, dishonesty, and complete disregard for customers. I have never dealt with a team so careless and dismissive, and the fact that they operate under a national brand is honestly embarrassing. From start to finish, my experience was a disaster. Cody, the manager, acted like basic communication was too much to ask for. Instead of leading the shop, he hid behind excuses, downplayed serious issues, and showed zero accountability for the mess they created. Every conversation with him felt like talking to someone who wanted the problem to magically disappear instead of actually fixing it. Robert wasn’t any better. His attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to take responsibility added even more frustration to an already ridiculous situation. The way he spoke to me was dismissive and unhelpful, as if my concerns were an inconvenience instead of HIS job. And then there’s Raul, who seemed just as uninterested in doing quality work as the rest of them. Sloppy workmanship, things overlooked, corners cut—every part of the process showed a complete lack of care. Instead of owning their mistakes, they tried to brush everything off like it was no big deal. The entire team made it clear they were more focused on covering themselves than actually taking care of my vehicle. Not once did I feel heard. Not once did anyone take responsibility. Not once did I see genuine effort to resolve the problems THEY caused. For a repair facility that’s supposed to stand behind “quality,” what they delivered was anything but. I walked away feeling lied to, ignored, and completely disrespected. If this is how they treat customers, I can only imagine how many others they’ve screwed over who didn’t speak up. Save yourself the headache. Do not bring your vehicle here. Cody, Robert, and Raul have proven they are not capable of delivering honesty, professionalism, or basic respect—let alone competent repairs. Henderson has far better options. This shop is absolutely not one of them.

I can’t say enough GREAT things about this body shop! I had such an amazing and positive experience at this Caliber Collision location. Cody and Tori the managers went above and beyond to make sure my 2017 Nissan Rogue was fixed correctly from start to finish. I mean they really went out of their way to make sure everything was done just perfectly. They stand 1000% behind their work and did everything to make my experience a complete positive one. Both autos were repaired there this past year. I.E., after 20 years without an accident, unfortunately both cars were damaged. Anyway, the service was great but though quick the first vehicle was incomplete and the reason for this rating. When we finally used the back comparment, there was glass in the hatch when we lifted it; it remains. Can't C it, but you can hear it.

I’ve taken a couple cars to this Caliber Collison location. Hands down one of the best auto body shop’s in Las Vegas & Henderson. I’ve had great experiences with all the employees that I’ve came into contact with at this location. They kept me updated from the moment I brought my vehicle in. Tory was available for any questions I had throughout my visit. Once the vehicle was ready for pickup, Tory brought my vehicle out front and went over everything that was done to the vehicle. You could tell immediately that Caliber Collision paid attention to the small details. I was extremely happy with their craftsmanship done on my vehicle. I will continue to use this location and recommend them when I can.

I took my truck over here at caliber collision and talk with a gentleman by the name of Troy and I asked him if he could match up the paint and I’ll see any flaws from the old paint to the new paint and I was very impressed when I got my truck back, it was spot on You couldn’t see the floss and I was so excited thank you to caliber collision and the team that put it all together to get my truck back the way it was! If anyone needs to go and get their vehicle done I will recommend caliber collision. THANK YOU 😃👍🏽! No I don’t know anyone there, I went through my insurance and paid my deductible.

Even if you don't answer the phone you will receive text or Voicemail updates. Had to wait an extra day to pick up because my mom was in the hospital. I really wanted to like this place. They’ve done work for me in the past, and while it wasn’t perfect, it was decent compared to other options. The first time was on my 2014 Tundra—unfortunately, they power washed the underside of the engine, which damaged some electronics and cost me $580 out of pocket to repair. Fast forward to a little over a year later, my 2025 Tundra was vandalized and needed body work. They repaired the ding, but the paint job is noticeably off. The truck is white, but the repaired area is clearly a cream color. It doesn’t match at all. In my honest opinion, I’d skip this shop unless you’re okay with mismatched paint. I’ve already paid my deductible, but now my insurance is telling me they have to pay the shop additional money to redo their own poor-quality work. It honestly feels like someone at the shop is trying to milk the insurance company. It should be noted I took my vehicle to the Pyle location who sent it to their Gibson location. While the review is meant for the Gibson location, the Pyle location VOUCHED for their quality work and this is why I’m holding BOTH locations responsible. **Update 7/15/2025: I got my vehicle back after the shop took it back to “fix” the off color citing it was a clear coat issue causing the back passenger door to look yellow vs white. Vehicle was returned with paint droppings on the inside, see video added. If you want a sloppy job, this place won’t fail you.

My insurance paid over $15,000 for repairs here, and my car was returned to me unsafe. They did major structural work on the front and back of my vehicle but didn’t perform any of the required safety checks no alignment, no steering calibration, no suspension inspection, and no AWD/traction calibration. Because these safety steps were skipped, my car slid entering the freeway and I almost lost my life. A warning saying AWD System Malfunction 2WD Mode Engaged popped up afterwards. The rear bumper wasn’t attached correctly, the windshield trim was missing, the wipers didn’t work, and the inside had damage. I dealt mainly with Cody and Raul, and they tried to say I “didn’t tell them to do an alignment” after fixing the front and rear even though alignment and calibration are standard procedures after structural repairs. My insurance rep confirmed the vehicle is unsafe to drive. Please be extremely careful bringing your car here.
