This is a very hot day and I’m trying to get a AC compressor for my car so the manager sends us to another line and there’s three people standing around doing nothing. Also her instead of helping us out 30 minutes later we’re still waiting and people are still doing nothing Than her and another worker goes on break Yeah, we’re still standing waiting for waiting to get apart. I thought it was customers first but obviously it’s what the manager wants.

I stopped by this afternoon to get a replacement window regulator. The gentleman that helped me was kind and professional. He didn't hound us into buying other products. They will tell you about the whole core program and how you get cash back after returning the old part in my case “a battery” and when you come to return it they will use every excuse not to pay you your money!! Autozone is a scam and they need to go out of business!! Such a big company that makes so much money, but will scam their customers just to make their extra bonus money!!

If I can give no stars I would. I was in the store last night. A nice young sales man was helping me. He was doing his job well when someone began yelling where are you? The young man relpied “Im in the back with a customer.” I am assuming this was his direct manager. The older man yelled “ Five minutes is the max you have with a customer if they can not find what they need. I need in the front of the store.” The young man was very helpful and kind. You don’t find genuine service in stores. Then the manager yelled out again to him. Honestly, this manager was very, very unprofessional. Coming from retail myself, the customer has no time stamp and is always first. That manager could have been helpful and supported the associate to develop him. It is obvious this manager lacks the most training in service and building up a team. He definitely could should be replaced or sent to intense training. No employee deserves to be spoken to in the manner especially in the presence of a customer. Date 1/7/26 about 8pm store 05121

The AutoZone on 300 North Ave in Bridgeport was amazing!! I came in at night with a dead car battery, and the assistant store manager Joaquin Veras, helped me buy getting me a correct new battery, and installing it right there even though it was dark out. I am so unbelievably appreciative for the work they did to help me, and the staff was so kind. Definitely would come back to this location is I needed help!!
