I stopped in at the start of the ice storm Thursday for new windshield wipers. Charles and Oscar were so helpful to help me get the right size. Oscar even installed the wipers on my Spark in just a couple minutes in the pouring freezing rain! Highly recommend! Super helpful staff and great customer service! I'll be back to this location for sure!

This staff at this store are amazing! I am a emergency worker from out of state who came to Illinois in a contract assignment! My car battery went out and I took it to a car repair shop the day before where they didn’t have my battery in stock. I went to another auto parts store where they again didn’t have my battery in stock. Thankfully my third attempt was beyond successful. The boys down at store store # 2659 not only had my battery but their customer service was above and beyond. Kurtis helped me remove my old battery and replace it with new one which saved my time, money, and stress. He did it with a smile on his face. The manager also came out to check that my car started and I was all set. While I hope that I won’t have anymore car issues on this assignment if I do I know where I’ll be coming back to. This staff really treats you like family here.

Very slow, very clueless on how to do their job, first time I came in they insisted they look the car up and gave me whatever the computer said I needed they needed up selling me transmission oil and the wrong oil filter I come back in a second time to try and get my refund and they instead had me do an exchange for what I “really needed” ended up not even getting a refund or exchange had to pay a couple dollars extra since the “right” filter was more expensive. End of the story I sent my husband in there with the receipt and forced them to give the refund will most likely

The store manager Oscar was able to help me quickly and efficiently. I have little knowledge about cars so I was very happy to know Oscar was willing to help me out. He made sure it was the correct headlight that was out. Then he was able to pick out the correct headlight and he even replaced it for me. I'm so grateful for the service I received.

Huge thank you to Oscar for his assistance in selecting and installing a new battery. He was very honest - putting my financial needs as well as my vehicle's well-being over just making a sale. Upon seeing my Florida license plate (I'm new here!), he also took the time to educate me on maintaining the battery in winter time. And finally, he recommended a few trustworthy mechanics and repair shops nearby should I need them in the future. Very happy with my experience (8/31) and I will certainly be back!

I started off by calling to ask about struts and wheel bearings for my Toyota. Rickey told me to come in for a better conversation. Originally, my plans was to order from rock Auto online i just needed help finding the right parts. Rickey Hawthorne provided me with the best customer service ever, he found me a mechanic that happened to be in the store, I was able to purchase my parts with the mechanic discount. The mechanic also said he would repair my vehicle at a”playa discount” which was over half of what I was originally quoted from another mechanic. When I tell you I’m so grateful that I ran into Ricky that day he was most definitely the MVP of the the day for me. Thanks again RICKEY HAWTHORNE for all your patience and help…

Stopped by this AutoZone for a quick mission: an 8-inch piece of gas line for my mower. Figured it’d be a routine stop, but instead, I stumbled into one of the coolest customer service moments I’ve had in a while. As soon as I walked in, a young woman promptly greeted me and got right to it—no hemming and hawing, just straight-up helpfulness. She took me to the back (where the magic happens, I guess) and started sizing up the gas line I brought. When she asked how long I needed, I held up my measly little piece, expecting a shrug and a price tag. Instead, she says, “Oh, you’re in luck! We’ve got a bin of short pieces back here, and they’re FREE.” Wait, what? Free? My inner cheapskate did a victory lap. She grabbed the perfect match, handed it over with a smile, and sent me on my way—saving me a few bucks and earning a big fan in the process. So, here’s to AutoZone and their no-fuss, straight-up awesome service. And to that bin of free gas line bits—because sometimes, it’s the little things that make your day.

"Super Thanks" to the young lady in the commercial part of the store. I believe her name is Jesse? I ordered a CV axle from the front part of the store but when I went to pick it up they had searched for it and the store didn't have it. I was taken to the commercial desk and she helped order another axle for me delivered to a Decatur AutoZone store. I picked it up two days later & it was the correct axle. Super thanks for your help getting me the part I needed.
