He is simply a very caring man that goes out of his way, to reassure customers. I will continuously go to Autozone versus Napa and Advanced. Micheal is just rude we asked questions we had he answered rudely and with an attitude when we where trying to be nice then we say in Spanish he’s sour as an his attitude and reply’s with I speak Spanish by the way trying to be confrontational like him and his dirty shirt is going to scare anyone he needs to check his attitude before it’s checked for him we were being nice at first

The manager Lacy is a racist and racially profiled my brother yesterday. My family has contacted the regional manger and our lawyer to discuss. She attempted to block him for leaving the store after wrongfully accusing him of stealing AFTER my dad and I paid for our parts. If you are African American please patronize other auto stores that are literally on the same street! Lacy should be fired!

Could not get help, if you're looking for; bolts or screws good luck. I've asked one of the employees and they told me I had to buy it first and they don't take used stuff like this. If you're looking to try pieces on your vehicle got to advanced auto parts. They will help you. Never go here if you're looking to try something. You'll have to buy it first before you try it on your vehicle. They will not take it back if you opened it.

John F gave us excellent customer service. He diagnosed my car so thoroughly and gave me the phone number of a mechanic to fix it within the hour which was a miracle on a holiday . I would highly recommend this company . They are very hardworking, trustful, affordable, and knowledgeable .

Granted the timing was terrible don't ever go here if you need help and they're ready to go home. I get we all work and at the end of the day are ready to go home but I walk in more than likely needing a battery or alternator since the guage was buried on L side. Walking in I was told we're closing in 3 minutes so hope it ain't anything big. I ask if they can use the machine that tells them what's wrong with the charging system so I can get what I need and be on my way only to be told they're not allowed outside. Yet you'll leave in 3 minutes without issue. Id have rather been told we don't feel like dealing with you than all the other excuses cause that's all that was. And don't come at me about it being last minute if my truck had messed up earlier I'd have went earlier 😒 Why are they open till 9 if they don't plan on doing business till 9

Great customer service from the employee, I think his name was Rick or Craig (could be wrong) but he has long hair and is a red shirt employee. He changed my battery in the dark (at night) with a great attitude and was pretty quick, had me in and out. He was already dealing with a customer for about 30 minutes and looked like he was worn out with oil on his hands, but still had energy and helped me out like it was first thing in the rising. I really appreciate that from him. Again the man - red shirt employee, long hair - working at Autozone in Gulfport MS (15248 Dedeaux Rd, 07/25/22). Great job to him! He needs a bonus or raise, seriously. Thanks.

Well I don’t think Andre wanted to help because I looked on line and it said that for an engine light on that they would plug their machine in and see what the trouble code was. Well Andre said that their tool doesn’t diagnose. He said it doesn’t show a true diagnosis. He looked up two parts that cost more than a hundred dollars and I should take it off and clean it. I am a 67 year old man that is sieving the effects of chemo from cancer twice. My Friend and I had gone there yesterday and had Edward help us as we spent 200 dollars there yesterday but he was not there. I hope this store doesn’t want to loose their five star rating but this is surly the way to do it. I might try the store again if Edward is there.

My experience here was terrible, an employee screwed me out of my batteries warranty and the manger and the general mannager refused to fix the problem and are very rude. If I could I would give no stars. Do better.

Store #3852- Dedeaux Road, Gulfport, Ms- Concerning an employee named Allie. I always have a pleasant experience when I shop this store, no problems at all. I called the store to check on a part and the gentleman was very professional and courteous. I explained that my wife was going to be coming by to pick the part up for me and he saved the hold request under my name so my wife wouldn't have a problem when she got there. However, when my wife arrived at the store and spoke with an employee named Allie, my wife encountered a rude, degrading and unprofessional experience. Allie told my wife that they don't hold or reserve parts. Then belittles my wife because she didn't know the part name. One of the gentleman took over and found the part that was on hold under my name, Jimmy Johnson. Allie then rung the part up and asked my wife if she wanted the warranty. My wife answered "doesn't it come with a warranty", Allie answered "yes". My wife asked "how much is the warranty?" Allie responded "it's free", and sarcastically. My wife responded "well of course I want the warranty". This was uncalled for by Allie. Mind you, my wife has been in the customer service business for almost 30 years and felt very discriminated against and made her feel "stupid", which is in my opinion very unprofessional. Do better Allie. Keep in mind, Management, there are 2 other auto parts stores less than a mile from your store. I have shopped your store for a very long time. -Kind of disappointed.

My one star rating is not actually about the store itself but rather about an employee. I have spent many thousands of dollars with AZ over five decades in dozens of stores. Never have I ever encountered an employee with such a hostile attitude as Allie at this store. Her hostility was nearly equaled by her incompetence - but not quite. This girl has no ability or inclination to deal with the public.

I couldn’t figure out what was going on with my car so the closest part store to me was auto zone . When I got there I went inside to the counter and there was a young lady named Allie. I talked to her and explained what was going on with my car and that my check engine light was on. She used some machine to scan my car & it helped identify the problem. Allie told me what parts I needed and the price of everything, (a few of the products were actually cheaper at autozone than other parts stores which was a plus!) this store has always been run by great employees & a friendly atmosphere.
