Great service! My car was involved in an accident that wasn't my fault. The insurance company was difficult to work with but JPB took over and handled everything. They made sure the insurance company paid to replace parts instead of just fixing them. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. They made a bad situation more than bearable.

Dear JPB crew, It's been over a year since I brought my car in and I can't believe I never left a review! I'm typically on top of that when I receive exemplary service, so I figured it's not too late. I brought my 2005 Toyota RAV4 in with some serious rear end damage. Rear windshield was destroyed, the hatch hinges were ruined, and the hatch itself couldn't shut correctly. We worked together and agreed on pricing. I expected it to be a costly repair anyways and that's okay. You and your team searched high and low for a replacement hatch door, even though the options were slim, we found one suitable for my car. It was a red hatch on my silver car, so I decided to go all in and paint the entire car camouflage. I remember being told how difficult the job was with the damage to the body's quarter panel. It was supposed to be "totalled", but you didn't bail on the job and I appreciate that. This car means a lot to me and it was important to have everything in working condition. I plan to keep this car for many years and your team ensured that for me. Thank you again. I will return if I ever need your services and will be pointing people in your direction. Take care!

Visited this shop out of recommendation from family after a wreck. When I went to pick it up the first time there were some issues. Body work was okay with exception to the stone deflector (photos below). Was replaced according to the estimate but can see it was reused or just not painted well. Jason touched it up when I pointed out the issues. The wheel and tire were pretty dirty from the wet sanding also. Was not really concerned regarding the body work though with my car being older. My main concern with getting this car fixed was the parts pertaining to the wheel/tire/undercarriage area and I thought I highlighted this with Mike a couple different times. When I went to pick it up the damage to the wheel/tire was still evident (photos below). Jason buffed out the black marks after I pointed it out. Was told there that the car was fine and no issues were present after they looked. The estimate stated wheel repair, but I do not believe any repairs occurred. The car was then taken to get aligned. When I received the car back the issues were still present from the wreck pertaining to how the car drove/sounded. After taking the car to another shop recently, I learned there are a few issues with parts pertaining to the undercarriage from the wreck. Now having to work with the new shop and insurance to get it all fixed and am without a car again. Mike and Jason are really nice guys but this whole experience is pretty disappointing.
