Great Experience! I brought my 2018 Kenworth T680 X15 Cummins with Thermo King Evolution APU Unit. Kept throwing RED TRIANGLE OF DEATH lol. He had it fixed within 3 hours. Very professional job. People Beware!!! This place is not an “Open 24 Hours” facility. They provide service during regular business hours and will do call out services afterwards. Theres a difference. They are very, very expensive! Which leads me to my next point... I had a driver stop by to buy a starter for a Carrier 2500A unit. He just made it on time to find someone to sell him the part or else they would have tacked on a call out fee. They charged $618.00 for the starter!!!!! They quoted him an additional $200+ to put it on if we chose to. Fortunately the driver is mechanically inclined and it takes less than 15 minutes to put on a starter on these units. I called three different genuine Carrier Transicold dealers and they quoted me $285, $359, and $389 for the same starter!! Which means these guys mark up their prices significantly. I understand they have to make money, but not by taking advantage of folks and marking up their prices like they do. One star for lack of integrity.
