UPDATED REVIEW 12/11/24 I initially left a positive review for this shop because of their friendly service, but my experience took a drastic turn for the worse after the work was completed. The tint job they performed started flaking within days, and despite its lifetime warranty, they blamed me and my kids for the issue and would not resolve it. They installed tvs on the exterior of the headrests instead of inside, as agreed, leaving visible wires, holes in my leather seats, and flimsy, non-functional switches. The radio and speaker system were another disaster: I requested a discreet setup under the seat, but they installed oversized subwoofers that rendered my rear seats unusable, with visible carpet damage, weather tech mats, and wires. Additionally, the backup camera they installed was off-center and unusable in rain or at night with less visibility area than the original. After returning from vacation, I tried for months to get the issues resolved, but the shop failed to do it after multiple promises to fix everything. My van’s electronics were so poorly wired that Nissan had to disconnect everything to stop it from damaging the vehicle, costing me over $3,000 to repair my AC, ceiling, and glovebox. On top of that, the shop kept the subs I paid for, didn’t refund me, and left me with a radio that shorts out and a failing battery. Communication eventually ceased entirely, with the manager and owner ignoring my calls and messages for months. After nearly a year of unresolved issues and extensive damage to my vehicle, I’m left with a $2,000 price increase that was paid after the initial payment (prior to seeing this) and a van in worse condition than before. I updated this review to warn others against trusting this shop. One thing I did not mention, was this was a Christmas present for my children in 2023 that was paid for prior to Christmas and they did not schedule me in until spring break of 2024. They asked me to write a good review if they paid for 2 days of my rental because they didn’t have the stuff to complete the job as they thought, costing me more in rental fees. There is so much more I could add to this review but not enough characters to support it. I am thoroughly satisfied with both the window tinting and customer service I received. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the tinting process, the staff demonstrated professionalism and expertise. They listened attentively to my preferences and provided helpful guidance in choosing the right tint for my vehicle. The installation was carried out meticulously, resulting in flawless results that exceeded my expectations. Additionally, their follow-up after the service to ensure my satisfaction showcased their commitment to customer care. Overall, I am highly impressed and would confidently recommend their services to others seeking window tinting for their vehicles.

I schedule an appointment to get fog lights installed on my 05 Chevy Silverado. The truck has factory fog lights but one was missing. I wanted to put two new lights in. Before the job was finished the guy at the desk wanted me to pay. I was charged $110 an hour with a two hour minimum for a total of $220 plus tax. I think I was overcharged. I will not recommend tint world.

I went in 3 days back to back to address my issues. I asked for 15% up front and 5% around anywhere else (yes ive called multiple locations) means 15% front windshield and 5% cab windows. I got 15% on front doors and “5%” with factory stained windows around the rear… so i paid another $400! To have the windshield done and “match” the front doors to the rear.. i now have the front doors double layered in 15% as recommended by the front desk to look 5% but the rear is now lighter than the front doors… I am a veteran who has chronic migraines, so the tint is pretty critical to the days i drive with one. Trying to support this veteran business i have done nothing but run into brick wall after brick wall. ALL-IN-ALL I am $920 in the hole on the top shelf tint this store offers and have a color pallet of light coming through my truck. I typically dont complain online however- I carry over the white glove standard and having ghost lines, dirt, hair and 2 distinctly different shades of “5%” in my tint is just not worth the $900+ ive spent here. I have tried to reach the owner twice last week and was told to return today to speak with him as i am doing my best to respectful and now i am told to come back another day.

Initial tint appeared to light so we asked to replace with a darker tint. Finally, we stayed with the Initial tint.Open the door and started the car. It indicated low tire pressure. Got home to find a 2inch screw straigically drilled into the middle of the tire.

Any questions I had he answered and was willing to educate me on things I was confused about or didn’t fully understand. I've had two vehicles tinted now by Tint World (most recent on 10/4/25) and both times I had an amazing experience. This time I got to meet the owner and have a great conversation with him. Really friendly and very passionate about customer service. I was advised a 1.5 hour job and it was just under that on a very busy Saturday morning. When I first arrived, the owner, who obviously never met me before, greeted me by name. We went outside and talked about what I wanted (we had did this also over the phone while booking) and answered any question I had. When I got our Honda Odyssey back, it looked amazing! Guess minivans can look cool haha We went over the vehicle, talked about the warranty that comes with it and answered a few questions I had. Just like a discharging doctor, he gave me the typical "don't roll your windows, some bubbles while it cures" etc and asked me again if I had anymore questions. While talking with him, he's served our country and our community in different capacities so if shopping local, supporting veteran owned business and great customer service matters to you, then give them a call! Side note* Our first tinted car is still looking great after a year and a half (same tint package).
