I had my windshield replaced this morning 9-8-22 by this company. And, I really wish I had done more research and just gone with them first. The first place I went to was Safelite which wanted to charge me just under $500 to completely replace the windshield. Since my deductible is $500 it would have been cheaper to go the cash route. In lieu of that, I called Astro mobile windshield repair and got a quote from them. They said as long as the crack was under 18 in they could repair my windshield along with a $20 discount for a chip repair if done at the same time. So all in all that would have been right around $200. But after my experience with Astro, which in my opinion, was completely unprofessional ( review on them to follow ) I went to Dunaway. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, although she was very busy helping other customers through the phone. But, this is what I expect from a company that truly treats their customers not only as paying customers, but as a growing family.She told me to show up the next day at 7:00 a.m., which I did, and they took my car back around 7:30 a.m. my car was ready to go in about an hour and it cost me $295 plus tax. I should have gone this route first, as it was the easiest way to get my windshield repaired at a reasonable price, quickly. I encourage everyone that reads this to go to Dunaway glass from now on. They will save you a headache, and you will know that you are truly being treated right from a local business. Thank you to all at Dunaway glass!!!

Got a small crack repaired and when it was finished it felt very rough to the touch. Almost as if no repair was even done on it.. anyways. The receptionist was nice enough but assured me it was fine. Not sure what her expertise is on fixing windshields but I doubt it's not much since she's the desk clerk. Anyways. I feel like I wasted over 40 bucks. But whatever.

Disorganized and stupid, and probably going out of business soon. As stated in Our 2024 03 28 email, and again in Our 2024 06 27 email: present a correct invoice (that does not include the towel bars that were NOT installed), and We will promptly tender payment. Second: sending a text threatening legal action, when We are waiting for an accurate invoice, is some of the most unprofessional stuff that I have ever seen a business do, and it severely pisses Me off. Third, there is the issue of whether or not We got the special C-10 coating on Our glass, as was annotated on the invoice (more on that once your Competitor takes a look). We will absolutely NOT contract with Dunaway Glass again, and recommend that You avoid this disorganized, stupid business.

Would 100% use again and encourage others to use them as well. (The one in North Gulfport on hwy 49.) Had my windshield replaced. Only took an hour. Then my luck the next day for a chip driving down the interstate. Called them back and they were able to work me in same day. Windshield has cracked again after just getting it replaced March 3rd, 2025. Business refused to help do anything about it. It’s amazing to me that a business who carries my windshield in stock and doesn’t have to have it shipped has absolutely no warranty or coverage to back their product. They must know their windshields aren’t worth the money you’re spending on it. Don’t waste your time, just go somewhere else. There are plenty of reputable places that do back their product, my mistake doesn’t have to be yours.

Wonderful people and excellent work. I would use them again without a doubt if i need another replacement in the future! Safelite had a little cheaper price with its promo code but they had horrible reviews and couldn't get my windshield installed for a few days when i tried to get a quote from them. DUNAWAY had the windshield shipped to thier garage over night and the windshield installed first thing the fallowing morning, less then 24 hours from the time I called them to get a quote!
