So many great reviews only to be let down and really irritated with the service department here. We brought my truck in with a NO Start issue ~ it is the responder on the PATS system. Husband TOLD the guy at the counter what the problem was and what we needed the dealership to do to fix my truck. It is an issue that can not be fixed anywhere BUT the dealership and This play dropped the ball... hard! Thursday ~ "It takes 2 to 3 days to diagnose WE WILL CALL YOU." Following Wednesday my husband STOPPED by there, my truck is still in the same place WE pushed it to. He went in to inquire and was told a tech was just assigned it. They would call in a couple hours. Thursday ~ no answer nor call back so we drove from Wiggins down to Gulfport and my truck is still in the same spot. Husband went in and was told the tech put the key in and it wouldn't crank. SERIOUSLY? We TOLD them that when we dropped it off and actually mentioned what we needed. Not only did they NOT diagnose my truck, but the technician left his garbage in the front seat of my truck. That alone made me mad. Leave your garbage in my truck ~ like seriously dude, what the heck?!?! My truck is in the driveway of my house again, NOT FIXED because their technician doesn't know what he is doing. I would not recommend the service department to anyone. Take your vehicle to Mobile Alabama before dealing with anyone in Southern Mississippi because absolutely none of the dealerships over here are worth a darn.
