I take my hat off to this business. LONG STORY SHORT, outside of the dealership and manufacturer run around; they know their stuff. It may take a while to get you situated if you're having issues, but it's worth the wait. They're a top pick for foreign cars (especially European)for a reason and it shows.

I’ve had several mechanics look at and work on my old Mercedes diesel, but ended up having to take it to the professionals. I know most of their customers have deep pockets unlike mine, but after talking with Mr. Randy, he got my car running to the best of his ability on the budget that I had, and it is running better than it has in a long time. I do suggest that you stay in close communication with him as the work is being done so that you are aware of all details.

Had to put my car in the shop for a couple things. Nice people, will tell you upfront that it'll be pricey. I expected it, since I have a vehicle that many shops won't touch for various reasons. Took a long time to get fixed but they told me straight up that it'll be a while since it was over the holidays and parts take a while to come in. But when I picked up the vehicle, they even vacuumed it for me and she runs better than ever! It''s a good shop that you can take your imports to for special repairs that other shops aren't able or unwilling to handle. Vielen Dank für alles!

I had to get my car towed to Randall’s and it was messed up and I couldn’t pay for it. The let my car sit there for months until I could. That was very nice of them. My car runs good just all of the Abs light are on and didn’t know why.

Randall and the guys have been taking care of our Range Rover for many years now and we wouldn't take it any where else. They do a great job of taking care of the car and stand behind their work. They take care of all our routine maintenance work and make sound recommendations based upon their assessment and then take care of those and anything else that needs attention. Their recommendations are always in line with what my assessment is so we trust them implicitly. They also communicate well with us during the process by both phone and text. Rebecca is always a delight to deal with as are Randall and the other staff and mechanics. We would recommend them to anyone that is serious about their car maintenance and doesn't mind paying the price that imported vehicles often require for service and/or maintenance. Not sure why there are some negative reviews on google for them as we have never had any negative experience with Randall's, we think they are great and have no problem recommending them to anyone. Thanks to all at Randall's Autohaus!

I have my Sprinter RV serviced at Randall's Autohaus in Gulfport MS. and have been very satisfied with the service I receive. Their knowledge of European vehicles is the main reason I will continue to have my MB Sprinter RV serviced there. I just had new rear shocks installed this month. Thanks.

Been a loyal customer for over 10+ years and went for a routine oil change service (car was running just fine) I received an estimate for a recommended procedure (rusted oil housing gasket) and agreed to it, paid a total of $2,070. Since the procedure, my car has been stalling terribly and the check engine light is on. I have taken it back twice to be fixed and it been a "let's change that, let's try this", and nothing has worked! At the last attempt, I received an estimate for an additional $580 to fix the "real" issue and I respectfully declined and as a parting gift, my screen and back up cameras were disconnected. So now I'm out of a car and $2,000 and scheduling for a tow to the Mercedes dealer to figure out what happened! Sorry for the long post, but they wanted a review! Because I'm a loyal customer, once I get a report from Mercedes, I'll share it with them so this doesn't happen to anyone else! I literally paid you to destroy my car! Thanks, Randall Autohaus, I'm sure you did your best at MY expense!

They said I needed a new engine and quoted $10000. My receipt and quote was copied and pasted with major inconsistencies . The numbers weren’t adding up. I went to another repair shop, and all I needed was spark plugs and wires. Two years later and my car is still running great! I do NOT recommend Randall’s.

I had a really great experience with my 2015 Mini Cooper last week with this shop. One of the mechanics I talked to ones a first generation mini which made me feel better! These guys did not stop working until they found the issues with my car. I even text them for updates. They were great! The work was expensive, but when is getting your car worked on cheap. Outstanding customer service .

Owner recommended that I upgrade to electronic ignition on an antique Mercedes 280SL. Their work didn't go well, it actually ran worse after their work. After several weeks/months later and $4K+ gone, I went to pick up the car. It was sputtering and misfiring so badly when they brought it out to the front of the shop that it barely stayed running It ran so poorly, that I could barely get it back home. Worst shop on the coast, no ownership nor pride of work.

You figure out the good, the bad, & the ugly when things go wrong. I've been using Randall's a few years for my car and my daughter's cars. They've always done great work. Always treated us very well. Recently, my car, VW Touareg, needed a valve cover gasket replacement. The engine was eating a quart a week. Unfortunately a month after the repair, it started leaking again. I thought the repair had possibly failed and was stressing about needing to pay another $2k for the work or just deal with it as the engine still ran fine. I was pleasantly surprised when I was told there was no charge as it was under warranty. Most places would have told me they didn't know why it failed but it wasn't there fault. You really figure out who is truly good when things go wrong. I highly recommend Randall's for any European vehicles. They sell tires, headlight lens refurbishment, alignments, and all repairs. And their tire prices are very reasonable. I always get great service at a fair price and everyone is very pleasant, even the shop dog.

Don't GET GOT LIKE I DID FEMALE'S AND PEOPLE WITH LITTLE MECHANIC EXPERIENCE BEWARE !! THEY LOVE AN EASY MARK HERE ‼️ Was like.pulling teeth to get them to check everything .... They charged me over 1000$ to change a hose and put two tires on but the head gasket blew in a car that had no previous problems within 200 miles of getting it back ...Don't let them charge you for any diagnostics ..they do the very bare minimum and don't seem to have much pride in anything but collecting a check Put in a belt charged me 700to do that and I provided the belt ...they changed the battery (mine was new and the new one is too small ) left pieces of trim and the old battery bolts loose which jammed up in the motor and stopped the belt causing it to overheat and permanent engine damage .SEE YOU IN COURT .. DON'T LET THESE CHINPANZEES ANYWHERE NEAR YOUR CAR

UPDATE: We did go to court regarding this matter. We won. We were then contacted by a lawyer stating they planned to appeal our win and offered to settle with us for less than half of what the judge awarded us. Low balling again. Instead, our lawyer countered with a larger amount if they took us to appeals court. They have subsequently dropped seeking an appeal. However, we have still not received any compensation from Randall. Will continue to update. ORIGINAL POST: We brought our car to this establishment for repair. While our car was on their property in their care, it was damaged. They told us we needed to then take the car to MAACO body shop for a repair quote. My husband took off work and trailored the car over to MAACO. MAACO gave us a quote to repair the damage. My husband then contacted the owner with this quote. The owner did not want to pay for the amount quoted and instead low balled us with an amount well below the costs to repair the damage incurred on their property. Since this discussion, the owner has been conveniently "unavailable" when we've called back to discuss further to come to a resolution. We are reasonable people who just want our car to be restored to the condition it was in when we dropped it off. You would think a company that caters to luxury cars wouldn't have an problem rectifying this issue, yet here we are.

Randells Autohaus took care of my mini cooper that needed many repairs in May. Although an expensive bill ...everything was worth it. Today I went for something minor and he was honest when diagnosing anI I was given grace on the diagnostic fee. Not many can do repairs on a mini. I trust this shop and the owner to do what is best on my car and gave me an honest answer allowing me to make a choice for next steps. Thanks guys! Grateful.

So many negative experiences here. DONT GO HERE!! Initially, we called and asked if they charged to diagnose a problem. They said no. This was the whole reason we went to them in the first place. Took my car in on a Tuesday. Called Wednesday and they said they were "looking at it now." And then they called a few hours later asking how to start my car (it's a wonky start, I will admit that), so obviously they lied about "looking at it now". Thursday I called again and they said they were "looking at it now. We'll call by the end of the day." Friday I called and said I needed my car back. He started with "what the hell did you do to your car" before backtracking and saying he had the wrong file. He then quoted me $1400 just to replace the water pump, not including any other issue I had (a belt needed replaced and the wonky start). He was extremely put out by the fact that I had a wonky start. I ended up saying that I just couldn't afford $1400 for a repair and then he said I needed to pay a diagnostic fee of $200-something. The whole reason we went to him was because he said he didnt do a diagnostic fee. It absolutely felt like it was an annoyance fee for the wonky start. I compared a price elsewhere for the water pump and labor and everything and they quoted $600-ish. So not only was it extremely delayed service, (someone else even came in while I was picking up my car asking if they had looked at his car yet and they told him they didnt know cuz the guy was at lunch), but it was extreme price gouging and unprofessionalism overall. Also, they claimed they broke a pin in my dash and that they were taking responsibility of it and they would call to let me know when to come back for them to replace it. Its been weeks now and no call. Somehow they also broke my radio, it wont stay on. When they sent their "hows everything with your car" follow-up text, i told them about it they just responded "might be a fuse" except that the radio turns on, it just wont stay on. I told them that and they never responded. Again, its been weeks. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!! DONT GO HERE!!!

After calling all over town trying to find someone willing to work on our Lexus GX 460, nobody wanted to touch it. Then I came across Randall's Auto Haus. Randy picked up the phone, called me back, and confidently assured me they could handle the issue. My lady gets super impatient when it comes to vehicles, and she drove everyone a little crazy even though I kept telling her it would take some time. It took a few weeks to get the car back, but the most important thing is that it was done right. Thank you, Randy, Brandon, the nice lady up front, and the rest of the team. We’ll definitely be back.

When I say these guys are awesome, they are AWESOME!!! I brought in my BMW about a week ago to get my tires, rims, and strut replaced. Keep in mind my car had some previous damage to its bumper(all cosmetic). When I picked it up, not only were my tires and strut fixed, but they popped out my bumper to make it look basically brand new! Will be coming here for all work that needs to be done on my car. They were efficient, reliable, and do I have to say it again? AWESOME!!! Thank you!!!
