I’m not sure what is going on at this dealership. This is the second time I’ve had to bring my car to have multiple things fixed (that weren’t fixed when I brought it the first time last month). I had an appointment at 7:30am and was provided with no updates regarding the repairs so when I called for a status on my vehicle, I was told they haven’t even touched my vehicle to start the work. It would have been nice for someone to at least have the courtesy to call me earlier in the day so I could make better arrangements for transportation. The customer service was unacceptable also with the representative cutting me off when I addressed why it wasn’t worked on or why I didn’t receive a call. Not that anything will come of this review in regards for improvement on their end, but I did want to share with others my recent experience.

I was not happy with service. My service rep, his name is Cody. There’s a lack of communication. Also, the young man working on the car had never performed this particular service before on pilot, he told me so himself. Yes.

I bought my car here in 2019. Buying experience was pretty easy. But their service department sucks! Don’t get your service done here. Doesn’t matter if you bought here. Communication/organization is abismal and all incoming calls are routed through a third party that has known issues of hanging up on customers (per an employee at Pat Peck), yet they continue to use the third party. The service department is obviously overbooked too. What should have been same-day took two so plan your own mode of transportation while they hold your car hostage. All for a buck.

Service people were nice. My oil change was about an hour. I had a 2 yr old and a 6 yr old with me, so they occupied themselves in the waiting room with tv, free snacks and free water.
