Top notch service and people that truly care!!! Our Cadillac had an issue that left us without it until GM could ship in the part. Rachelle and Jan made sure we were not stranded and provided us with a loaner for the duration. Our Service advisor, Sarah, kept us posted on parts and answered all of our questions. The team even rotated us through loaners so we got a chance to sample other models and plan for a future purchase. It is the service we hoped for when we bought this Iconic brand and Turan Foley does not disappoint! Great people!!!

I brought my vehicle into the service department on 9/11/25 for an oil change. During this time the driver side door handle was broken. The advisor said he would have it fixed free of charge & to call him by Monday. Well time for away from me & I called that Wednesday only to find out he was no longer employed there and the lady I talked to had no idea of what I was talking about. The only thing I could think of is I'm about to be messed over. I left a message for the service manager Wayne. He called me back and I really thought he was not going to take care of the situation. Well to my surprise he said he remembered me coming in. He could have easily lied and said he didn't. He ordered my door handle and I came in yesterday not only did they fix my handle they also did something to my backup camera without me mentioning it. I could not see through my backup camera. I just wanted to say I appreciate this customer service. If they would have pissed me off I would have done a bad review. They went above and beyond and I just had to write a good review. If I could give this place a zero I would do just that!!!!!! I took my xts in to have multiple items repaired. They told me they would take care of this. They had my vehicle for a WEEK and didn't do ANYTHING. They stated "Nothing was wrong" Got my vehicle back, showed them that these items still aren't working. All I got was an "I'm sorry" I do not ever plan on allowing them to service my vehicle again. They used to be excellent, but now no customer service. Highly recommend driving elsewhere to get your cadillac serviced.

From tragedy to a blessing. We were in an accident and had our car towed to Turan-Foley body shop. Charles, the manager, was very empathetic to our situation. After the evaluation, we decided to purchase a new car and Charles gathered all of our belongings for us. Salesmen TJ and James were very patient and understanding in our quest to try and find the right fit for our specific needs. During our 6 hour stay at the dealership, we shopped and drove numerous cars and we're given details on each one. We finally made our choice, a 2025 Cadillac XT6. As it turned out, it had a recall and had to wait for parts before taking delivery. Since we had to go out of town, we ordered running boards & rear mud flaps. Thanks again to Charles, both were installed during our absence. The service department (sorry forgot his name) calculated our usage and made a future appointment for an oil change etc. Then there's DJ in the parts department. He helped me order assesories. TJ, James, Charles, service dept and DJ all went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. Thank you all very much. Danny & Becky

This is the worse dealership I’ve ever had to pleasure of dealing with on 12/26/25 which was a Saturday purchased new Cadillac Escalade. Purchased this suv for sticker no issue there Was told I could take delivery on the Monday which was still ok. The dealer says your trade vehicle must stay here which was a luxury 4 door sedan I say fine Give me a Cadillac loaner to drive. Nope wanted to give me a Volkswagen to drive I’m like absolutely not. Then they say ok how bout a the Mercedes I’m ok. Get the Mercedes after bout 45 mins of dealing to get this. Then come very small suv. I’m a 6’2 guy very tight fit ok no problem. It’s just for 2 days. Then on Monday come to dealership to get vehicle not ready. Was at 4 pm. Then there is a dent in the passenger side behind the back door. I was like ok no worries be happy to take just discount the suv and I’ll Have my body guy correct it. Nope was the answer. I’m like I’m done just give my deposit check back and cancel the deal. And give my trade in car back. So this dealership is very sketchy. Would stay way. Talked to another 2 Cadillac dealer Monday afternoon at the mishap and was told they should have placed me in a loaner Cadillac that’s Cadillacs policy. If you are in the market for new Cadillac use another dealer.
