This was the first service on our 2025 Ram Warlock. We had an appointment time which was great, but as in most cases I was about 10min late as was ok. It took a little longer for the Warlock to get serviced. We purchased our truck from this dealer Champion Dodge. I had an amazing experience with Champion! I wanted to buy my first Jeep Wrangler but wasn’t exactly sure what I was looking for or at! Donnie was very patient and accommodating. He answered all of my questions. He also showed me the ins and outs of removing the doors/top/windows! Christy was a doll and made the paperwork part absolutely painless. I showed up about 10 minutes before they closed. They were nice enough to still work with me. I had seen the truck online through one of the car apps. I was messaging the sales person questions, and one of the questions I asked was are there any dents or scrapes. He replied no there are not. When I got there obviously it was dark, and I was not really looking real closely at the body, I know it was late and everybody was trying to go home, I did test drive it, but I quickly made the purchase. But when I got home, there were two very large dents in the tailgate that was Obviously there before I got the truck. Technically, it’s my fault for not noticing, but my biggest thing is the dealer or I should say the sales person via text lied to me about the dents.

We recently purchased a truck from Champion and we were both very happy with the service. We had a 2 year old with us so that should tell ya.... Le Juan helped us, showed us some trucks, test drove a few and finally landed on one. Great guy, super respectful and a pleasure to talk with. We ended with Christy Conway and let me tell you we both absolutely loved her. We talked for a while and she made both my wife and I feel like we've known her for years. Ashley in Service is Amazing!! She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the warranty on my windshield regarding my Jeep Wrangler. I purchased my Jeep from another dealership and they were actually going to charge me. When I called Champion to get a second opinion Ashley instantly asked me if I was using my warranty. She did my claim , had my windshield ordered and changed within a few weeks! The fact she saved me from potentially spending more money than I needed , I greatly appreciate her and will be back at Champion for all and any future maintenance that’s needed. Thanks again!!

This was not the typical car shopping experience. We never felt pressured at all. Our salesman Ben listened to what we were looking for, showed us exactly that, and let me drive where ever I pleased. Wade in the finance department was a pleasure to work with, as well. He didn’t try to force additional, unwanted dealer add-on packages onto us. We found the 3500 we were looking for and drove it home that day. Overall fantastic truck buying experience! We will absolutely return to Champion for our future vehicle purchases.

Jeep had death rattle. Said they couldn't find anything wrong. Same thing happened as I approached Mobile. Made ut home after driving 45 phone. Took to private shop. Put new sway bar. Replaced tires. Seems good. This should be a recall. Had rental jeep did same thing. Scary. In Mobile in highway jeep bouncing like a basketball. Im lucky for no accident

Forced to use the dealer to obtain a working key on a Jeep Cherokee. $200 to just program a key fob that I supplied AND another $20 for “shop supplies”? If I had bought the key fob from them it would have been $265 more. And they don’t even cut the valet key for that…they charge more for having that done. Totally ridiculous. I want To add that the people were very nice and friendly.

After being vehicle-less for 4 months due to a total loss accident not by fault of my own, we started our process of “looking” for a replacement vehicle. We knew with our travels we wanted a more mid-sized SUV and not a compact one this go around. We came to Champion, met with Cedric and told him what we were looking for. Dazell took over and let me take a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a spin! This vehicle was way above my expectations! The room inside is exactly what we were looking for! We opted for a non 3rd row as we don’t need it. We purchased a Red Velvet Pearl with the black out kit and when I tell you…this color is what got us hooked! I done all the research before I came in. I looked at cars for weeks at other dealerships. We came here because for my son's first car I wanted him to get the best. He was treated with nothing but respect. They worked out the best price the best carnote. And best of all it didn't take us 8 hours. Yes it has taken me that long to buy a car before (no name drops).
