Had tires put on my Jeep and the oil changed. I've always use our local Jeep dealership, but we were out of state and found a great set of tires for an unbelievable price. I normally pay $120 for an oil change, but at Walmart it was less than $60. Couldn't pass that up.

I went into to the tire center at 9:30am to buy a tire. I bought in my old tire. At 10:30 I checked on the status of my tire because others that came after me were gone. I was told it wasn’t ready. At about 10:45 I asked one of the technicians how much longer it would be. He pointed out my tire was on a machine as if someone had started taking the rim off and stopped. I then asked how much longer he said he didn’t know. I went back inside and talked to the cashier who offered no assistance. I then went outside and asked for my old tire back so I could find another place to get a tire. I asked why hadn’t my tire been done and was told that everyone went on break. The area was now empty but others before me had gotten there tires worked on and were gone. So from 9:30am-11:05 I waited for them to do a job that was never completed and left having to find another place to purchase a tire.

We arrived 20 minutes before the store closed to change a tire and we have three kids in the car and had to continue driving to Texas the employee and the manager said they could not open the bolts of the wheel to change a tire and wanted us to go somewhere else it was Sunday and everything was closed my husband told them he would help them open The screws, just please change the wheel for us because we couldn't drive such a long trip and the wheel was really cracked, the workers there simply didn't care about anything and they say they have to close soon and can't help. It's just a real joke that a tire shop can't open bolts to change a tire and left us helpless with three small kids and we can't drive home

Service was good and pretty fast but I probably won't go back for an oil change unless I can't find a better deal. I drive a Nissan Sentra and I just moved back here and is the first time I had to have an oil change since I moved back home. I used them in the 70's and they were reasonable but I thought they were high. They charged me $58.00. I just moved here from Brandon and I only paid $30.00 for a full service oil change and they vacuumed & checked everything on my car. Here I was not asked but it was put on my receipt I declined vacuum and other things that I was never even asked about. For $58.00 my car should have been washed & vacuumed.

Brandon was so helpful! Had issues with a battery in my daughter's Jeep and he took care of it! Also had to have 2 tires replaced (warranty) and they got it done so fast. Was very helpful and nice! Great job guys!

Terrible service, I had a 6pm appointment was told it'd take 1.5 hours, it took almost 4 hours for a 4 tire change. Then after they got the tires put on they couldn't start the car after we told them atleast 5 times the car won't start without the key fob. They told me they couldn't get the car to start because the battery was dead. Then purchased a new battery, still wouldn't start.. then I noticed the said key fob sitting on the roof of the car. Then reminded them the car won't start without the key fob and wow the car mysteriously starts when they used the key fob. The guy who took the car in was sitting in the in the waiting room on his phone for atleast 2 hours while I waited. They obviously left the car running for the nearly 4 hours I waited because I had a full tank of gas before they took over then had half a tank left when I got it back. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. After it was all said and done, they then told me to come back another day to get my tire sensors fixed because it would take another 20 minutes for them to do it. (Keep in mine the tire center closes at 7, this was 9:30 by this time. So they just didn't want to be there any longer and honestly neither did I, so I just agreed to come back another day.) But I will definitely never go to this tire center again. This were quite a few other miniscule issues I dealt with as well but I don't want to write and entire novel at this point.

Horrible, I had a scheduled appointment for 2:00 pm. Got there 10 minutes early. Didn't get waited on til one hour later. After 5:00 pm leaving. Only got a set of new tires!! Horrible experience. What's the purpose of having an appt. if you still haven't gotten waited on???

I have been sitting at the auto check in center for 30 minutes TRYING to simply get air in my tire. I even called the auto care center, I was told "someone will be right out" that was 20 minutes ago. I guess walmart has gotten too big to care about customer service. Sad!

First time doing business with Walmart Auto Care today and never again for oil changes. Paid for Full Synthetic oil, but mileage due for service comes up to me 3,000 miles this crap is for conventional oils. They put this sticker due mileage to trick those who doesn’t know anything about oil changes. A full synthetic last up to 15,000 miles. My truck mileage is 108,270 miles sticker says due mileage is 111,720. Either this is misrepresentation a trick to get customers come back in faster or I’m not getting what I paid for which is full synthetic my mileage due should be 118,720 miles. Don’t play with me.

I went to get my oil changed this morning, and let me just say- it didn’t happen. The lady they had working to check customers in was having a bad day I guess, because she was incredibly rude and unprofessional! I will not be returning to this location at all! My hope is she will learn to be a better person when dealing with the public.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I dropped off my car and the advisor said it would be 40 mins. TWO HOURS LATER, I went up to the service desk and the advisor said they couldn’t do an oil change because my car has a plate underneath and they couldn’t remove it. Someone should have called me and told me. This was a total waste of my time.

There were quite busy, but I respect that they worked the whole time to get the cars in and out. Great service. Took a little while. But great.

Absolutely horrible experience. Waited five hours from the time they opened at 7 till 12 in the afternoon. To repair a tire with a nail in it.I was a walk in. Now i understand that people who had an appointment get first priority. But there was no organization in their system whats so ever. The people who had no appointment who came later than me got their vehicle serviced first. I left and went to Amelia's tire shop instead. Got serviced as soon as i arrived. Do not waste your time.

This has been like a train wreck. Make an appointment, arrive early. Get told it'll take approximately an hour. We wander around over an hour and a half. Shop and spend $100 on things we really didn't need. Come back to the Tire and Automotive area to find that they've barely started after close to 2 hours. Then my husband had to have the man take them off and put them on the correct direction. This has been a ridiculous experience with people who clearly do not care. They've been on their phones more than they've been working 🤯 it's mind-blowing, in my opinion. Work ethic has obviously not been hired with this crew 😵💫

Bring a sleeping bag and take a few vacation days because you might be at the shop for a while. You can watch the technicians chat and laugh while your car is on the lift; there’s no sense of urgency. Count your lug nuts before you leave to ensure they’re all on the wheel; they don’t have time for that. Oh yeah, they also stole the nice valve stem caps I ordered; who does that?

We purchased 4 tires on July 22. They told us to come back on the 25 to have them installed. They said comeback at 4 pm, we got there and they said tires are in but we needed an appointment. To come back on Monday, we were shopping and they call my husband to said no they are going to I stalled. I was disgusting with the place, it seems like no one can get it together. No more bother with Wall Mart.
