Rebuild engine for 2007 Lexus LX 470 Doug was very persistent in finding an rebuilt engine for my Lexus 470. It was not easy to find one. There were many additional parts that had been damaged and needed replacing. Once he had the engine he quickly had my car running. Excellent service and always pleasant to deal with. I like this shop a lot. Thankfully I found out about it due to my dad, and I now only take my vehicle here. I dont have to worry about potentially being taken of due to being female and I love local business rather than corporate places. Used him before to change a alternator belt, It went well because it was impossible for them to mess that up I would know immediately. Went back a second time with A simple hole in my lower radiator hose shouldn’t be too difficult to replace. But They found other things that needed to be fixed instead of focusing on changing the hose I needed them to replace. To make a long story short they did not change the hose I paid them to replace only put new clips on the visible end and secured my coolant fan. Then I called him and told him about it and his response was he didn’t give me a warranty because he secured my coolant fan for me and my response was that wasn’t what I paid u to do. They are a total rip off and I would not refer them to anyone

0 stars! Had an appt for our RV for 8am on Monday. Arrived early. Walked in only to be told he would not get to us for many days. This is the 2nd negative experience. After 1st, we chose to give him another chance. Will not get another try for our business. He is too unorganized, unprofessional and has no idea how to run a mechanic shop or any other kind of business. Avoid Sellers!!!

AC went out on my Suburban on our way down for vacation. I was in a difficult situation because my family would be sitting at the house while the vehicle was in the shop. They were able to work me right in to get diagnosed. Had a new compressor installed the next day. Had to bring it back because it wasn’t quite right. They replaced a switch for me the day before we left to come back home and didn’t charge anything further. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help and the price was reasonable. I had called several other shops in the area and this one was the only one that didn’t seem inconvenienced by my call. I would definitely recommend them.

Dropped a car off only needing a tune up. Get a $1'600 tune up, to pick the car up with a whining power steering pump and now a smoking overheating car! I have multiple witnesses to show and back up my claims, did not get upset until they did not take responsibility! This car came in for a tune up and left with few more problems, the most important being the radiator and overheating, I gave them the opportunity to fix it and make it right since this happened at their shop, under their watch, instead hits me wit $550 more and tells me the car is wore out , 160,000 miles btw for only a 04 Lexus, and that they will not take responsibility and will not meet in the middle and help fix a problem I did not have and now stuck with an overheating car and looking for a new mechanic, he's gonna respond and reply with sum B's, when it's simple, if something happens and breaks under your watch as a professional business owner for years, you take responsibility and try to help make the customer happy, you dont send them out with another bill with another problem, I've never ever had with this car! Avoid this place like the plague! Because you can end up finding out the truth about this place! Never done work! Overpriced parts and sorry unprofessional help to back him up to sit in the office all day and not know what's really what's going on with your car but will happily take your money and say o well, it's an old car after all that money u spent buddy, I need $550 more to maybe fix a problem I will not take responsibility for, Instead tell you to take to the dealer, yea a real winner there. Loser shop for fake people.
