I dropped off my VW atlas after being in an accident. From the estimate to pickup, they were excellent. Chris rivers worked on my car and made it look brand new again, Gigi gave constant updates that I really appreciated. They worked with the rental company and ensured that I had a vehicle. Their estimate for when the car would be completed was spot on, and even completed a day early.

I typically do not give reviews, but in this case, I would not recommend Gulfport collision.
Though the actual bodywork is acceptable.
The vehicle was not provided on time. I am missing a piece of plastic underneath my windshield that they have not replaced. The remote keyless entry system does not work. Likely when they remove the door panel, they didn’t hook up all the electrical wires.
I was called to pick up my car and return my rental car after I return my rental car. They called and said it would be another day because they left the car out and it rained and they had to buff the water spots out.
They had me return two weeks ago to order the plastic piece. They didn’t put back on and it’s been crickets since.
