Great service, great price (less than half of two other quotes I got). There were a few minor flaws and over sprays, but overall I would recommend Maaco if you want your car to look new again at a reasonable price.

We had my sons car painted at Maaco. There was a good bit of body work that needed to be done and they did a great job. We also had another car painted by them after a minor fender bender. They did a great job on that as well. Definitely recommend them.

Took my truck in to fix the hood plus front fenders which lost its Clear Coat. Manager gave a fair and reasonable estimate. Appointment was made and dropped my truck off on the appointed date and time. Three days later truck was ready for pick up. They did a awesome job. Was very happy. No issues. Overall a outstanding job. Will definitely recommend to anyone that needs vehicle work.

I will start by saying you get what you pay for. I came in with high hopes for the shop as reviews are split online. After my experience both with the quality of work and the customer service, I have realized paying a little more for this kind of work is well worth it. Overall, I had a poor experience that I would not repeat nor would suggest this chain to anyone else. I came in after an incident with a cattle fence and so I needed a paint job as well as body work. I have found little issue with the body work. The main complaint I have is they carelessly reattached my weather trims on my door and a beauty panel covering the bolt for the door was left off. They did try to hand off my car with a major dent still in it when I first went to retrieve it (pictured below). The paint job is where I have major issue. After argumentative phone calls, we were able to find a color that I was looking for that was offered by their limited paint system. After the car was painted and I came to inspect it, I was informed they were only responsible for painting the car. I would never have separated wet sanding and buffing from the finishing step of a paint job, until going here. I paid for the premier paint package but event that seems to go only so far here. That on top of the several sections of overspray onto my tire wells, my door hinges, my door trims, and most outrageously my leather seats. There are scuff marks along the entire length of my chrome around my windows that must have been done during the prep work. Painters tape was left on my car and chipping around most of the chrome of the door handles. Overspray was left all over the backside of the handles causing significant discomfort in use. The car came out of the shop and was presented dirty, which caused immediate concerns for how the car was treated during the process. This included the inside of the car which was just cleaned before I brought it in. Since they don't take any parts off of your car when they repaint it, this leads to some parts, such as the front bumper, from sitting flush with others due to paint build-up. Most issues are pictured below and are things you would expect a shop to ensure they would check themselves. After turning the car back to the shop after they tried to give it to me with a large dent previously mentioned, I was not going to leave them with it a third time to try and fix things they likely only would have made worse. Also, the warranty sold during the job is questionable at best. The language within it is so specific the likelihood of your issue actually being covered is slim to none. After driving this for 6 months I feel comfortable saying that while it looks good in a driveway or a parking lot, the paint job is not one that is meant to last. Anyone that wants a good quality, lasting paint job should find a local shop that is willing to work with you and get the job done right, not some national chain that cuts corners at all costs.

I would be more than happy to send pictures or bring the car by so you can inspect your quality work. It was pouring rain the day I picked it up. I was given the keys, no paperwork and told my vehicle was at the end of the building. As far as customer service you never not once proactively call me to give me an update. I had to call repeatedly sometimes getting a person to answer many times reaching the recording. You may want to upgrade your venilation system because the fumes are clouding your memory

I'd like to thank Chad Misko and Ken Royals and the guys that had a hand in painting my 2008 Olive Green Jeep Liberty. We brought Ms Olive in on Monday 8/8 and they had her ready by Thursday 8/11. She looks like we just drove her off the showroom floor. I'm very excited and happy with the results and Chad and Ken couldn't have been nicer to deal with. Thank you all so much!

You get what you pay for. I recently had a bumper painted here, and I didn't expect a great paint job, but this is worse than I expected. They were cheap and fast. The bumper is going on an old car, and I'll likely wrap it, and eventually, I'll paint the whole car, but not at Maaco. You can see the bad spots in the pictures. Half of the bumper looks pretty good, but for whatever reason, it's like the painter gave up when they got to the other side. Someone should have quality checked the painters work before giving me back my bumper like this. I didn't ask for a warranty on a bumper. You aren't installing it. Warrenty has nothing to do with a paint job. I didn't say anything because it's rare I complain. I don't really like talking to people. I mostly keep to myself. Saying something to you likely wouldn't have solved anything. I'm sure you saw the bumper before you handed it to me. I'm sure you didn't care. I wasn't going to leave a review at all because I didn't want to leave a negative review, but I just got a text telling me to as I'm currently installing my bumper. Lower your cap lock there, little fella.

Dropped the car off on a Friday afternoon after working it out with the manager understanding that it would take approximately a week. The car was extremely rough looking, with almost the entire hood and parts around the roof having completely peeled along with light rusting. Noticing the shop’s phone number, I hesitantly answered the phone Monday afternoon, considering what other issues may have arisen. To my surprise, they had someone work on it over the weekend and it was complete! I was a bit nervous to say the least considering that it was done so quickly. I had even put off leaving a review as I had been in a daze, probably the last two weeks driving it around. They did an outstanding job! Is it absolutely perfect? I didn’t pay for absolutely perfect! Perfect would’ve cost me the price of a decent used car! Very little overspray on the rims which was easily removed. A brush mark on the back glass, which will be polished out eventually. That aside, it looks absolutely fantastic! I simply could not be happier with the deal that I got, the time that It took, and the way that it looks! Looks like a NEW ride. Thanks again and I look forward to doing business again with a separate vehicle!

Great paint job for the price. It’s not “show quality” but it’s every bit as good as the paint from factory. Computer matched color was spot on and very fast turn around. Very happy.

My vehicle had major peeling and a minor dent. The price is the overall best thing about Maaco! The way I received my vehicle at pick up for my own personal experience was not good. The entire inside of the car had an inch or more of dust throughout the entire car. I believe when they repaired the dent on the door they didn’t mask anything or even put up plastic as we had to wipe down everything on the inside. Pictures provided. The overspray on everything was a little excessive, no parts needed to be taken off just a better masking tape job would have solved this. My windshield even has overspray all over it. 🤔 overall the price was the best part of the experience but next time I will pay more to have a cleaner job.
