These guys are truly amazing. Fairly priced and honest. They send a report of their inspection WITH PICTURES to show proof. Not some backyard shop trying to make a quick buck on a repair that wasn’t actually done. Great communication and available loaner cars as well! They will even order an Uber to/from shop as well. People don’t find the small business like this often. Took a car that had major issues to them to look at. Had the car for about a month. Could not figure out what was wrong. But did not give up. Asked me to be patient . Received a call telling me that they tried everything. Since their computer was not scanning because the power in the car was not coming on, they could not pinpoint the problem. They still continued to diagnose. Contacted the Mercedes Dealership and a few other Colleagues and was able to get the issue figured out. Mist cases, shops are eager to take your money without any hesitation. Pam and her staff was more concerned that they figure out what was wrong and not try to price gouge. They were not satisfied until I was. I was shocked to see what my bill was. I thought it would be a lot more but I would have paid it either way. It’s not always about the money it’s about Quality and Great Service. True meaning of how a business should operate. Thanks Pam.

I called nearly every shop in town including the dealership to have my 2007 infiniti worked on, and no one would take it except this shop. When I brought it in, they found the issue same day (fuse box) and swapped it out for me. This shop will treat you right every step of the way- friendly and communicative, and didn't charge a ridiculous rate

Took my daughter 93 lexus to them for an purchased a 2500 dollar motor from them. Im not gonna rant an rave Im just gonna let the pictures speak for themselves. It ran hot an brokedown on me on the highway in alabama after I was insured by the mechanic that it was good to go. Im all about integrity and square business. Keep in mind its a brand new exhaust, a used motor that was suppose to have been checked for leaks. I have a video also that shows how bad the manifold oil leak is. This is my 16year old first car and the way this work was done just shows me the job wasnt done with care. The new motor has the same issues the old motor had. Im just rating my experience after giving them 2500 dollars.

It's been a couple months since but I was disappointed. The people seem nice but this was the first and last time going there. Car sat there for weeks without communicating had to pay everything up front and then when finally finish car ran for two days and stopped. Finally tax money come get shade tree mechanic to fix it. Apparently the belt was missing and battery needed fixing.

Took my BMW X3 here and from the first call when I called about getting the car towed there I got excellent service. The woman that runs the counter is extremely sweet and helpful. The owner took time to personally call me and explain things to me about my vehicle. Very fair price and very kind genuine people. I usually only would bring my car to BMW dealership but from here on out this will be where I take my BMW or any vehicle I own here. Thanks for getting me back in my baby!

This is an awesome business. From the front desk to the mechanics... ✨️💞 I am so glad we found this place. They were able to schedule us an appointment for the same day.🙏🏽 Our mechanis was very knowledgeable of the brakes and the entire break system. He took the time to explain to us women what was going on with the vehicle, what needed to be done to fix the problem, as well as what damage the problem could cause further. I took my 1997 E 420 to there shop for a transmission leak around the dip stick as I told and when I left and went home my car was still leaking fluid and I took it back to them after they charged me 404$ for the service they then would not fix the leak telling me that it’s coming from somewhere else when I brought it to them to take care of it .. so with all of this being said this is something that I really don’t like to do because I have my own business as well but I don’t do people like this I only want the next person to beware of how I was treated

My name is Marvin Washington and I don’t normally say bad things about a business but I took my car to them to fix a transmission leak when I got it back it was still leaking transmission fluid and I told them about it and instead of them fixing it they said the leak was coming from some where else to make a long story short they did not fixed them problem and I’m doing this post because they charged me 400 dollars for nothing and I don’t want anybody else to go through what I experienced with them

Walked to the shop with a rear wheel axle, had to have the wheel seal cut off & new one pressed on, I told the guy what to do since he didn’t have the common knowledge to do so, then he managed to get the old seal off but then proceeded to beat the new wheel seal & bearing on with a hammer & breaking it, the guy recognized his mistake & told me & said it should be fine which it wasn’t, he then proceeded to charge me $70 dollars for wasting my time, breaking my parts that was purchased from my own pocket, he said if there were any issues come back, just called & was told I couldn’t be helped. Definitely an inexperienced shop filled with con men that will break your stuff & over charge you even though you directly told them how to do it. Don’t recommend unless you want your money stolen, time wasted, vehicle damaged, & treated like an atm. If that’s what you’re looking for than you are more than welcomed to visit that shop. They deserve a -5 star review.

Terrible shop. They charged me thousands to make my car worse. I brought my Infiniti Q60 in to have work done. They replaced the mass air flow sensors. This didn’t fix the issue. Next they replaced the 0-2 sensors. They were right to do so but this didn’t fix the problem because they used aftermarket parts. I ended up having to drive my car in limp mode to the dealership. The dealership took all the aftermarket parts off and replaced them with OEM. This fixed the issues. When I went back to tell them the issue was with the aftermarket parts, they refused to give me even a portion of my money back and simply said the Infiniti dealership was lying.

Mechanics are polite and respectful, they had my car for about 3 months and they were able to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately in between dropping off and picking up my vehicle there was a slight communication issue. Theres no answering machine and the mechanics “aren’t paid to answer phones”. So it definitely felt like my calls were being dodged

I needed new brake pads and they replaced them quickly and for a good price. While they were changing my pads they also let me know of a caliper issue I had that needed to be fixed. If I had let it go on longer it would have been a more serious issue. Darnell is an amazing mechanic and treats the customers vehicle as if they were his own. I appreciate the quality customer service and will be back for any other car services I need.

First, let me say that I am not from Mississippi and not familiar with the area, but I was purchasing a used car nearby and wanted to have it evaluated before committing. I found Import Performance online and saw that they worked on foreign cars, so in a pinch I gave them a call to see if they would do an inspection for me. When I arrived, Ms. Pam greeted me like a good friend and quickly helped me. I was told that Darnell was the man for the job and he would find any and all issues. That was an understatement. He explained every potential issue he saw and took pictures and videos of the things that were concerning so that I could show the dealership. He also explained to me the issues that I would have in dealing with a warranty company if/when I needed repairs, and what to be aware of before I purchased the car or a warranty. I can't say enough how thankful I am for their honesty and knowledge and the time they took to treat a stranger with the utmost respect and kindness. I feel like I will always have a trustworthy mechanic in my back pocket and it may even be worth driving to Mississippi for future car repairs. Everyone was delightful, especially Ms. Pam and Darnell. If you are in the area I highly recommend taking your cars to Import Performance.
