We purchased a 2023 black Hyundai Elantra. In my opinion I would recommend you go somewhere else. Our service experience was terrible. After multiple trips the problem still wasn't fixed. We took it to another Hyundai dealership in Covington Louisiana. They are trying to fix the problem.

We had travelled from Canada to Louisiana in our Elantra for vacation. While travelling towards Gulfport, MS, the battery discharge warning message came up on our display console every two minutes. Goggling for a Hyundai dealership, led us to Matt Bowers. The staff were exceptional, especially Geneva Singleton. She got our car into diagnostic immediately, where they found nothing wrong. Even a test drive by their mechanic found nothing wrong. They didn’t even charge us for the diagnostic test! Thank you very much to the team at Matt Bowers in Gulfport, MS! I have waited to share my review of Matt Bowers Hyundai. I wanted to see how this car dives and the leg room in the car and if it was a car that was great for posture because I am in the car a lot and have some medical issues. I purchased two vehicles from Matt Bower. The first was a Santa Fe basic and the Santa Fe the next level up. The sales people helped me get into a car where the seats would help with my medical issues and I am so happy about that. I have heard this car is comparable to a chevy equinox or Ford Escape. But I disagree. It is most comparable to a highlander which is the car I had wanted. It drives very well and is great on gas. I would suggest the models where you can move the seat. It really does help with not only comfort but posture.

I was not made aware that the business had moved. It is not my job to keep up with that, and when I make an appointment for service, I expect that any changes will be communicated, but I suppose not everybody feels that way these days.

Very bad experience will never go or recommend to anyone. Unprofessional tactics and lied to me about a vehicle I wanted, stating it was there, but was long sold before I arrived. Then tried to put me in vehicles double my price range.
