Don't let them work on your alternator they are not responsible for it ..what Josh forgot to do was tighten the adjuster for the power steering pump pulley. And don't seem to think it's important. Belt was floppy. Wobbly and it would cost for towing fees again .to bring it back. So I'll give it a 1 ⭐. Mainly because they were giving good advice not to buy remanufactured alternator. If you got something minor to fix call the ole boy who needs it the most. You really don't want me to say anything else.

I got my truck back yesterday, I had electrical issues with it, they found the problem and called me right, I was kept in the loop though out it repaired, I give them a enough time to fix it I was not in a rush to get it back, great mechanics, and staff very friendly, will be taking it back for other repairs like my CV joint and idling a little rough. I was from out of town but they treated me as if I was their best customer!! They immediately looked at it, ordered necessary parts and fixed it. What a great team! Josh kept me in the loop as to what was going on and Shawn did the repairs. They are the best!!

Took a couple of weeks to even look at my vehicle and then when he did he told me it would cost in the tens of thousands of dollars to repair and I would be better off just throwing the vehicle away and getting another one. I took it to the dealership and within 30 minutes had it figured out. Cost me less than a thousand dollars to repair. Would never recommend anyone taking their vehicle here. Could've just said he didn't want to work on it. Now you're saying that I'm lying? You have no morals or character. Take your lick man. You messed up.

I initially sent my truck to a different shop and they couldn't find what was wrong so they recommended Car Doctor. They quickly found the problem which was a security module in the steering column. Once they received the part it was ready in 24 hrs. Great at communicating and the price was reasonable. They're also very nice guys.

Brought my suv here due to a lot of problems Shawn is just the best at what he does. I’ve had some problems with shops getting over on me an he knew almost spot on what my issues were. Very grateful truck got fixed fast an although did cost me nothing of which was his fault tow company ripped thru entire front end of my car but yet for reasonable prices got me back on the road. Very happy with service and business. 5/5 recommend for it all.

Absolutely phenomenal. Shawn was super genuine and you can tell he gives a crap about the customer. Also they were at least $150 cheaper than anywhere else for my A/C charge, and it works great. If I need work done I’ll check with them before anyone else now.
