I brought my 2000 Ford Explorer in due to some cracking and foam deterioration to my driver's seat. The tech did a beautiful job of replacing a few of the seat panels and also repaired the control panel on the side of the side, all to my satisfaction. The leather interior now looks as new. I found this company to be very honest and seek to do as good a job as possible for very reasonable prices compared to the industry. I highly recommend them for any services they supply.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a replacement soft top for my car 12/9/21. I paid $800 deposit to order the top. The top arrived a month after the ETA I was given. I wasn't even notified when it did arrive. I had to call to get updated. The top arrived in March. When I tried to schedule an appointment for installation I was asked to call back the following Monday. I called on Monday. I was asked if someone could call me back, but nobody ever called back. This went on every week for months. The last week of June I still wasn't able to get anyone to schedule an appointment for installation. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I finally had to just go pick up the top and look for another shop to do the install.

This place seemed to do a decent job on two of my vehicles windshields but their time estimates were way off. We were quoted to have one vehicle done by 11:00-11:30 one day and when we arrived at 12:00 it wasn't even started and on another vehicle that was dropped off at 9:00 we were told it was done by noon and was going to be delivered to my home by 2:00 and we couldn't get in touch with anyone and the car didn't show up until 2:40. A man/business is only as good as their word. Since I have a busy schedule, 6 kids and only 2 vehicles with 2 working adults, this was definitely not a satisfactory experience.

These guys are great! The other businesses around town I talked to said they couldn't install my roof until 2-3 weeks out. I called up Performance and they put the new top on my convertible the next day. Excellent customer service, speed, and pricing was fair (not overpriced at all). Highly recommended!

We were in need of repair for a large boat tarp we depend on to keep us shaded when in our boat. We were away from home and contacted several places before finding Performace. They were friendly, understood exactly what we needed and fairly priced. A few months ago John @ Performance Auto Upholstery MADE a top for my car. I mean he made it from a roll of material, not ordered it & put it on. Because a replacement top was not available anywhere. He did an amazing job & I have received many compliments on it since then. However, the big test came this weekend while I was on a 1000 mile road trip. About 5 hours into our trip it started to rain,,,,, then harder! the short & long of the story is this. We drove at least 2 hours in this rain at highway speeds, & were dry & warm in the car, not one leak anywhere. A lot of thought, custom work & design went into this custom top.
