I arrived 5 minutes early for my 7 am oil change appt and was the second person through the door. The person in front of me was checked in and I was asked for my keys and was told I could go to the waiting room as there was only 1 advisor there and it would be a minute before they could help me. I watched 2 more people that arrived after me get checked in. There cars were taken back before mine. I had a 7 am appt and it’s 8:30 now, I’m still sitting here. I’ve been a customer of this service dept for a few years. The waits get longer every visit. This will be my last time here.

Scheduled my car for a Monday afternoon drop off. Service writer very nice and helpful. Told them I needed my car back by Friday (tomorrow). Car wasn’t looked at until today after I threatened to pick the car up. Was told was the issue was and the part was in stock. Gave the go ahead to fix it. Called get an update this afternoon. No response. Had to text service writer. Was told it would be up to 4 days to fix my car. I am going to pick my car up in the morning. I will never use this place again. When you schedule an appointment you would think it wouldn’t take 4 days and threats for the car to be seen. I wouldn’t recommend this place and should have read the reviews before hand. Now I have to drive my car that has an issue and I don’t have time to get it fixed. Someone needs to clean house around there. Pathetic.

The service department here is a joke. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday and the following Wednesday picked it up because no one had even looked at it. When I asked why, they sent me to a service manager who was either high or drunk and told my wife she could “blame it on him”. Unfortunately that did nothing to fix my suv. So, I went to mandal and they had it in, fixed, and out the door in less than 24 hours while turban foley couldn’t even be bothered to look at it. Every time I think I’m going to give this establishment another chance they always show me why I shouldn’t. Mandal is a much better situation.
