Got back to my 4Runner after getting my tires rotated and balanced and noticed a big scratch on my door. Realized it lined up perfectly with the cart return they parked it next to. Went back in and asked about it… tech said “yeah I did that… I didn’t know it left a scratch.” Won’t be back here!!

They got me right in to install and great discounts on tires and install. 2 problems I had was the tires were a day later that I was told when ordering and my chrome rims are pretty scratched up from the install. Granted the were not in 100,% good condition before but they have pretty bad marks that were not there before.
