Recently travelled from Louisiana to visit family, a man backed into me and put a chunk of his bumper in my back tire. This Goodyear store was the only place for miles open on a Saturday morning. Not only did they take me right away to not ruin too much of my visit they discovered the piece of bumper came out on its own. They checked the tire anyway as a courtesy, found nothing wrong. Didn’t charge me a cent. They were kind and polite. Amazing service!!! Thanks you guys so much!

They are very clean and professional. That's all I can say. I needed a simple tire repair but they couldn't even squeeze me in. 8 bays 7 cars in the shop. And maybe 3 in the lot. Not pleased but at least they were honest.

I truly love this Goodyear and will always exclusively use them. Every single person that I have ever dealt with here has been genuinely so kind and helpful. They have never tried to sell me anything additional from what I've gone in to get. It is very clear that they care very much about doing quality work and making their customers happy. I really appreciate them and the great work that they do. I HIGHLY recommend this shop to everyone. Extremely reputable and highest quality!!

Its hard to write a review when there is nothing wrong. Friendly and professional, I felt like I was the only customer. They patiently listened to my description of the problem (bad wobble), did their own diagnosis (tire was coming apart), and replaced the one tire. In and out in an hour and 15 min on a Saturday. That includes time to get the tire from their warehouse. Really nice people. Good coffee (Keurig), charging outlets for your computer or phone. Nice and clean. This will be my go to place for car issues whenever I'm in Gulfport.

I had my oil changed here two weeks ago and it was a very pleasing experience. I have/had no complaints about this day of service and I enjoyed the price and service so much that I even sent my son here to get his oil changed. He arrived and sat down and was just waiting. They took his truck back for the oil change and they came back in and told him that his bolt that is the pug for his oil pan was stripped and that it would have to be replaced before changing. I told him to ask if they had another one that they could replace it with. He did, and they told him no. I told him to just come home and we’d go back for the service the following day after getting a new plug. I then thought that was the end of it. I was wrong. He then told me that they found a plug that would work and were continuing with the servicing. I was fine with this, even if I had to pay for the plug. I was at home about 20 minutes away at this time and he called back and told me that the plug they had wasn’t the right size after all and they had already drained the oil out, so he’d have to leave the truck over night and come back to get it in the morning. I immediately left my home in Long Beach and drove to this business and went in and spoke with Ms. Sandra and she said “There’s nothing we could do. You’ll have to come back in the morning and pick it up.” I was very disappointed at this whole ordeal. I wasn’t compensated in anyway for having to come get him and him missing work that night due to not having transportation. I was told the oil change would be 19.95 + Disposal Fee. The total charge to my card was 39 dollars and some change. I can now say with no hesitation that I will never go into this business again. I’m just sharing this because I just want everyone else to know what to be expecting if going to this business. Hope this information helps someone. I responded to the number that was quoted in the reply that was posted by the owner and they are going to refund my entire cost from this day. For this I am very grateful. I just hope they do what they just stated to me on the phone. If not, I promise to let everyone reading this that they didn’t follow through with their words. Either way, I will reply back again on details of what happened. To Be Continued...

Called mgr night prior and explained exactly WHAT we were driving ,( a 24 ft RV Motorhome on a sprinter chassis ) and our outer right rear duel tire had a slow leak. He gave us an appointment next day. We arrived on time and he came out and said they didn't have a jack big enough and he thought it was just a sprinter. Clearly he didn't listen when we initially contacted him. He was nice enough to refer us to the commercial GoodYear group a few miles away. Sharpen listening skills please so as not to waste peoples' time!

Had an absolutely awful experience here a couple months ago with my husband, we brought our car in because our breaks were going out and we had a shaking issue with out vehicle, he did a diagnosis and said we needed all new breaks and a new rack and pinion and a front end alignment, quoted us two thousand something dollars, so we said okay we're just going to get the breaks done right now and we'll come back when we get our tax refund for the rest, no problem, we come back a couple months later with our quote and they re-quoted us because we also needed an oil change so it was like one thousand something dollars, so then they're doing the work and they find something else wrong with the car, I can't remember exactly what it was and would have to look at the receipt again and they call us and we say that's fine how much is it gonna be so it went up like $200 I think, maybe more, almost or bringing it to 2000 so whatever they finish the work and we get the car back, still shaking, better, but still shaking so we call them and the guy says "yeah when he was putting the car back together he saw a loose transmission mount but he was already almost done" why would you not call us or let us know when we picked it up?? So anyways we bring the car back in and they actually drive it around and so now we had a, bent rim, loose transmission mount and bald tired I do believe was everything he said but they didn't clarify which one was actually causing the shake. And we were already fed up with the lack of communication and being almost/maybe $3000+ in the hole with a still very messed up car that was going to cost us so much more in labor now. We just said "we're good" and I'm never doing business with another Goodyear again if this is how they operate. Do not recommend this one especially.

Not one to typically write reviews but was very disappointed with my experience here. Heard a weird sound from my car so took it to get checked out. Was told the AC compressor broke, and it had nothing to do with my belt. Due to the inaccurate information my car broke down (belt snapped) with the AC turned completely off and disengaged which was a clear indication of the misinformation. Brought the car to mavis and they confirmed the AC compressor was not the main cause of the issue, rather the pulley that caused a malfunction with AC and belt. If we were to have known this was the case we wouldn’t have been in this situation. In addition we were told there was a 20% off deal going on for AC compressor priced over $900 after discount was applied. Mavis fixed it for us in 1 day a few hundred dollars cheaper than the price given here. TAKE YOUR CAR TO MAVIS. cheaper, quicker, and more efficient don’t waste your time

Sandra Saucier is the worst , so called, manager. She is incompetent, frustrated by doing menial office work, and hates customers. She fails to report the customers' issues to the mechanics, which causes the mechanics to do a poor job . See the pictures where my 17 yr old son's stud was removed without consent. I had to go back in and argue with her about how dangerous it was to drive that way, and the mechanic was at least nice enough to order a new one and install it. I had to purchase my tire elsewhere because of her service, I refused to spend one dime. See my BBB complaint online.

My family and I drove from Jay Fl, to the MS aquarium. On the way we had two tires somehow warp and bulge. We decided to limp to the aquarium so we could enjoy a few hours there and hit a tire shop afterwards. They closed in 40 minutes and still took us in and replaced both of our front tires and stayed a little after closing to help my family and I out. I’m so grateful for the technician and the service writer for making sure we were cared for. We made home safe and my wife id grateful for the quality shoes she now drives on.
