Scammers! Sold us one brand installed another, unwilling to make right. Wont take back the wrong tires. Basically stuck with crap tires.

Buyers Beware! I received a quote for a set of tires but they gave me a cheaper set than I was quoted. It was dark when I picked the vehicle up so I didn’t realize for 2 days. Then I called and Dylan the manager told me these tires were better for the same price and that’s why he gave me these. But that was false. I asked about replacing them with the ones I was quoted and he said I would have to pay another $130 plus a restocking fee. I got swindled and was told there was nothing they could do about it. I asked to return the tires for a refund and they refused. Obviously I won’t be doing business with them again.

I didn’t really have two hours to wait for the bigger stores, but I called up this place and they said they can fit me in right away and as soon as I pulled up within a minute, they were getting started and changed out my tire and made sure everything was good to go. They balanced out the tire and made sure they took their time. They even put air in all of my tires to make sure everything was even and told me if anything happens. I have 30 days to bring it back. For 80 bucks for a used tire I’m pretty happy thank you guys.

I have been a loyal customer here for years until today! I took my car to them on a Thursday to have the valve stem repaired , 2 days later I had to take it back, they then said the valve core needed fixing, 3 days after that my tire was still losing air so I took it back, the white guy that runs the shop quickly walked out as I was pulling up and I tell him that my tire is still losing air and the proceeds to tell me in a very nasty tone that my lug bolts are bad and I would need to take it to the Mercedes dealership to have them repaired and he wasn’t gonna work on my tire anymore . My question is, if the lug bolts were bad why didn’t you mention this when I was here 3 days ago? So if it were true you just let me leave knowing that something that serious was wrong? If my lug bolts were bad it was caused by them, point blank period. They’ll never get another penny of my money or anyone else’s that I know, this place is a freaking dump, a joke, and it should be closed down. And learn how to talk to your customers (white guy that runs the shop) cause you never know who you’re dealing with 😉
