★☆☆☆☆ Don’t recommend. My parents were traveling for thanksgiving in their ford explorer and it would suddenly lose power. Called this dealership and the quickest they would look at it was 3 weeks away. Would not offer any suggestions whatsoever. Left me with the impression if you purchase a ford it’s best to not drive it out of town because you stand a good chance of being stranded.
