My Tesla was involved in an incident in a parking lot, and while Jessie and the team at Unique Collision Center successfully sourced the necessary parts and completed the repairs, I must express my dissatisfaction with the final result. Although the bumper is a deep, dark red that matches the vehicle, several issues have detracted from my overall experience. I am compelled to deduct stars due to noticeable imperfections I observed shortly after receiving the vehicle. Specifically, I identified prominent white scratches along the crease of the bumper, as well as a bubble that appears to contain dirt under the paint. These flaws suggest a lack of attention during the preparation process. It is concerning that, despite the vehicle being securely stored under a carport and covered with a car cover since my acquisition, these imperfections have emerged. I discovered the scratches following the observation of the bubble. While Unique Collision Center does provide a lifetime warranty on their paintwork, the prospect of returning the vehicle for further repairs is not appealing, given the distance from my residence and the potential risk of additional damage occurring during the repair process. I expected a higher standard of quality and attention to detail from a professional collision center, and I believe that these matters warrant consideration and resolution. I am perplexed as to how these issues were not identified prior to the return of the vehicle to me, as I would have expected a thorough inspection process to be conducted over every aspect of the paintwork to ensure that everything meets the required standards. I had to pay around $603 out of pocket, as the insurance coverage did not fully include the cost of repainting my bumper, this was because I opted for a complete repaint of the bumper rather than blending it like the insurance wanted them to. However, upon inspecting the results & noticing the obvious imperfections I feel like I was ripped off.

Unique Collision Center fixed my brand new BMW X3 that got wrecked 4 days after purchasing. I live an hour away from this body shop but it was highly recommended by Galleria BMW where I purchased my vehicle. I picked up my car in early October. I am just finding out from someone who works on cars, can read paint really well and does professional detailing, that whoever did my paint job must have had “trash” in the paint. He said there is trash in the paint in the back of my car where they fixed the accident and painted it. This means that there is some type of debris in my paint now. I am extremely pissed off considering this place was highly recommended but has now ruined the paint on my brand new car. They need to do better and use CLEAN paint!!
