I'm so so glad that I decided to go w/ this company. The service was A-1. From the receptionists, to the estimated time frame, to the finished results. Daniel was my "case worker" & he wss awesome. He kept me informed through text every step of the way. They gave me an estimated time of completion, and that's the day my car was returned. They did a phenomenal job and although I hope to never have to use them for this particular situation again, they are definitely top of the list for me on body repair. 5 stars well deserved. & Daniel, if you get to read this review you are gold & although I never got to meet the 1st person who was supposed to handle my repairs, I'm extremely happy that you took over mine!

Used recycled parts without giving an option. Scratched fresh paint. Didn’t properly diagnose additional issues. After replacing suspension parts claim broken steering box was done prior. Did not verify damage around impact. Customer service wanted to help but shop has sub par ability to ensure customer satisfaction with vehicle if insurance is involved. Did net even get an alignment.

DON'T GO TO 228 COLLISION in BSL. GO TO CALIBER COLLISION GULFPORT INSTEAD. Absolutely amazing experience at Caliber Collision in Gulfport! They were incredibly quick, professional, and accommodating from start to finish. The team not only handled my car repairs efficiently but also gave me a ride to Enterprise Car Rental, which made everything so much easier. What really stood out was their customer-first attitude... they even let me park my rental car at Caliber, so when my car was ready, I could just swap them out right there and avoid an extra trip. Every single person I interacted with was kind, genuine, and helpful. If you ever need collision repair in the Gulfport area, I can’t recommend this location enough. Don’t waste your time or energy. In my opinion these people are only looking for high dollar insurance claims.!!!!!! The person I spoke to was not professional nor did they spend time with me yeah it looks all nice and high end, but that’s just it not for the person that just needs a car repaired !!!!

As I went in, I had a good vibe about the place. My first impression of this place was great. Very professional in deed. I know that my car is in good hands. Less stress on me. As my car was being attended to, I got updates every day. Everyone was very helpful in making sure all my needs were met. They even made sure the insurance company knew that I was in need of the rental car longer. All the ladies in the front are very nice and very professional. When I went to pick up my car, I got the same vibe very welcoming. This place I will for sure refer to others. They are way beyond 5 stars plus. The greatest experience every.

repairs were done nicely but i had a 200 dollar pair of sunglasses stolen out my car by a worker. they were in the sunglass holder in a bag so they had to go snooping around and they say they don’t. they won’t confront whoever was working on my car or won’t even look at the cameras. i don’t really recommend

Our vehicle still had chips in the paint on the hood after repair. Tech didn’t put our mud guards back on found one in the trunk a couple days later. Tech had the other one in his tool box. Had to return to shop to have them reinstalled. The employees are very nice and helpful just not happy about the paint job.

When I brought my car here for repair I had several issues. Paint on rims , finger printed paint on door piece , and most of all the clips that go in my rocker panel and back fender were not put back in. The guy who inspects the car says that’s how it is they never truly fit back exactly like they are supposed to. I would not recommend bringing your car to this place.

I cannot say enough great things about Caliber Collision! They did a beautiful job repairing my car after it was sideswiped—you truly can’t tell anything ever happened. The quality of their work was outstanding. Their customer service went above and beyond in every way. When I stopped by to gather personal items from my car since Christmas was right around the corner, I went to leave and the rental car wouldn’t start. When I checked the key, I realized the entire back of the key was missing. The Caliber team immediately stepped in and spent about 20 minutes helping me search for the missing piece. It turned out the back of the key was still at the rental facility and I had been given a car with a dying key battery. Even so, they patiently showed me how to start the car and made sure I was able to leave without any issues—all at the end of the day. On top of that, they also helped put my new tag on my car in 40-degree weather without hesitation. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly stood out. From start to finish, their communication was consistent, clear, and reassuring. They turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service and would 100% recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs. They truly care about their customers!

Pay attention USAA members! I have owned my baby since new,-a 2018 GMC Sierra that has been maintained in near mint condition, less a few rock chips here and there My truck was damaged in the French Quarter while parked on the street. I notified USAA and was given my choice of body shops along the Ms, coast and chose Caliber Collision in Gulfport Ms. the fit and finish was first rate, color match 100% on point and after an extremely close inspection I found zero overspray , the work was all very professionally completed. They even detailed the entire vehicle inside and out! And for all the USAA members take note- since they are a USAA preferred shop we received A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY! From the first visit when they did the initial estimate to completion they worked seamlessly with my insurance company. My sincere thanks to Monte and Clay for making my experience stress free. Monte made sure the whole process stayed on track and Clay and the shop techs handled the actual repair, kept me updated as my truck moved through the different stages of repair. My apologies for the lengthy review -but when someone is providing such excellence compared to their nearby competition I had to say something.
