This is the WORST place to have to deal with. My family member had their vehicle towed in Gulfport & when the vehicle was paid out & picked up, it had been ransacked. The stereo was missing, the headliner was torn down, and all kinds of personal items missing, the car battery had even been replaced with an old dead battery. Not to mention the older lady that answers the phone swore up & down she had not spoken to me or my family member previous to the day the vehicle was picked up, that is not until she was sent a screenshot of the 4 minute plus conversation just 13 hours before.
