Lisa and team were amazing. My husband brought his dad’s car in with a screw in the tire. They went the extra mile to remove the tire from the rim and found that the rim had damaged the inside of the tire. Considering we were about to take the car on an 1100 mile trip, this potentially saved us from a catastrophic failure which could have led to a terrible accident. They also had to jump through hoops to get the tire we needed for the next day, as it was a unique brand and size tire. They were excellent and their customer service sets the bar high! We highly recommend!

I am registering my extreme dissatisfaction with service at Firestone Store 004731 on Sept 25, 2025 (Invoice 193042). Online and in-store price was $209.99 for lifetime alignment, yet final bill showed $229.99 labor, padded with an unauthorized $20 “steering angle sensor recalibration.” A $20 “discount” only offset that charge, giving no real benefit. I was also billed $21 for “shop supplies,” first called tax, then “tax/fees,” then vaguely “shop stuff.” This fee was never itemized, disclosed, or on any estimate, appearing only in a fleeting screen ad. No manager was available; I was told I could not retrieve my car without paying. The checkout system forces customers to sign that charges are correct, with no way to note dispute, and only after payment is a detailed receipt given. This is manipulative, non-transparent billing. I have contemporaneously filed complaints with the MS Attorney General and the BBB.

If you trying to get an oil change done fast or anything fast I wouldn’t come here! When I walked in there were two guys sitting In The waiting area about 30 minutes after sitting here one of them left just walked out, Then after an hour of sitting here, the second guy I could hear him ask for his keys telling the people me and the lady been sitting here for an hour!! Yesterday when I called I asked how long it would take they told me 30 minutes, I sit in that place for two hours just to get a simple oil change!!!

Wouldn’t have left a comment before because I had nothing nice to say. First time back in a couple of years and wow — totally different vibe. Shoutout to Chris for actually communicating, transparent, and empathetic. I was running late, driving in from New Orleans for a $30 repair, and he never once made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He stayed customer-centric the entire time. Because of that alone, I went ahead and pulled the trigger on purchasing 5 new XTs to be replaced the next day. I don’t mind spending my money where they respect the person swiping the card. 10/10 turnaround. Chris is THE BEST. We’ll be back to outfit our other cars.

This review is long overdue! I had a surprise car problem on September 10. Needed my car to be towed since I was on a time crunch to Florida for work. Had it towed to the nearest open auto shop. From the gentleman that towed my car and Mike Tiller at Firestone, I felt very well taken care of. Mike was so pleasant and kind and patient! My dogs and I were welcomed to stay at the auto shop while we waited a few hours since there were a few cars ahead of us. He even provided water for me AND my dogs! Everyone there deserves a raise!!!! I highly recommend this place despite it being a franchise and being so costly. But their labor was very well appreciated!!! THANK YOU!!!

We’ve been coming here over the past year for repairs here and there with overall positive experiences. Recently we were quoted $650 for AC repair, which was just for Freon refill/replacement. Initially we were told there were no issues during the diagnostics, no leakage or anything. Somehow our invoice lists the freon service as $230, but there were a lot of other charges that didn’t make sense. We’ve asked our friends in the area and have been told this service shouldn’t have been over $150-200. Likely not returning.

This Firestone saved our mini vacation by replacing our rear back tires that were damaged in an emergency. Not only did they have the replacement tires we need we were able to chill in their lobby and make use of their Kurig coffee machine! Our wait here was brief as thankfully they put on our new tires in a little over an hour.

Chris of course was awesome as always, the guys did a great job on my car in the past helping me find a mechanic who would remove my after market air bags from the back of my truck; I came back in for 4 new tires, all the mechanics at this Firestone are professional, courteous, and friendly, Chris and is always professional and kind. My daughter had a blowout an hour before they were scheduled to close. I called and they said sure, bring it in. We got there and I told my daughter we were going to change all 4 and figured we would get one taken care of and have to come back to have the rest done. No, they changed all 4 tires, noticed she was due for an oil change and asked about changing it for her. They not only changed and balanced the tires, but aligned the front end. Yes, they stayed late to make sure she was safely on the road. I can’t say enough good about Chris inside and I wish I knew the names of the guys in the garage. Amazing service. Wow! Mr. Mike (Store Manager) and his team are AMAZING! We came in with an emergency about 20 minutes before they closed and Mr. Mike and his team took great care of us!
