Bought a used 2915 Ford Escape. We had them inspect the front brakes and they did and also made sure everything was good to go. Our sales man Michael Palmero was great and I would highly recommend him and Keoke for any shopping needs you may have. The GM Brody(Brian Thompson) was very approachable and answered all our questions and was very honest and we could tell he actually cared. A big thing for us was no one there at the dealership were pushy at all. Super relaxed and only wanted us happy and satisfied. Will definitely return if we ever need another vehicle.

This is the second time I’ve experienced poor customer service at this dealership, and I will not be spending my money here. Despite coming in prepared to purchase a 2024 Sonata with $9,000 down, the rude and unprofessional behavior of a salesperson made it impossible to proceed.The salesperson seemed hesitant to let me test drive the vehicle until I mentioned my financial situation, which was absurd. During the test drive, when I asked if there was anything else I should know about the car, he responded, “No, it seems like you know everything except the price,” AGGRESSIVELY after I mentioned wanting to put $3,500 down with a $350–$400 car note to start negotiations. This response came across as condescending and. unprofessional. Customer service should be professional and respectful, but this dealership has consistently failed to meet those standards.

I love my Palisade. I bought it a year ago and still love it. It has helped me alot since my accident. This place is new after moving from the old location. Glad they moved. It’s really nice. Easy to find. And service is easier to get to. The management is great. I don’t know all the names. The manager Brian has always been available to take care of any issues I have had. Minor ones. But he made up for the time it took. Service manager was great. The service staff is very prompt and communicate well. Sales is pleasant and available. Check it out.

Matt bowers was amazing at getting me a great deal on my new 2025 santa fe. I told them what i wanted in a vehicle and they got exactly what i wanted with no hassle and at the lowest price on the coast. I will be buying from them again. I hated car buying because of all the lies and pushiness but not one time did i feel any of that at matt bowers they was upfront and extremely transparent and honest

Just purchased a vehicle this weekend from Keoke. Awesome guy! I was very undecided on what I wanted. At one point, they had three different vehicles pulled out front just so I could see them all. They were great. I finally found a car I love to drive. I truly hope this great experience continues with Matt Bowers.

December 16th. Deleted previous review and put the review in the photos. Hyundai consumer national affairs told me to contact Matt Bowers Hyundai to see if they will work with me. The car is a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SE RWD. It was 10 days from purchase when it broke down. All Hyundai service systems state the ICCU recall was not performed before they sold it. It’s a safety recall. I was told it WAS performed when I bought it. I informed Boady or whatever the general managers name is, about this and he stated that’s impossible. Then I explained to him the option Hyundai consumer national affairs told me. (1)Get a rental and get it repaired while it’s stuck out of state. Lead time is 1-4 months. (2) get it towed to Matt bowers and get reimbursed for the tow. And see if Matt bowers will give me a functioning vehicle with the ICCU recall performed and take ownership of the faulty vehicle. (3) get Matt bowers to give me a functioning vehicle and let them decide what to do with the faulty vehicle. I said “I know yall wouldn’t just jump to replacing the vehicle out of the kindness of your hearts but Hyundai consumer affairs said that’s an option and I wanted to see if we could work that out” Boady said “NOT going to happen”. Then said “I would get the rental and let AllStar repair it” *end of our convo* I will again reiterate the absolute nightmare this has been. I bought a 2025 Hyundai from them on Black Friday, got it that Saturday, it broke down 10 days later and they have left me out to dry. The buying experience was ridiculous and they are punishing me for standing my ground against their sketchy sales practice and intimidation. The sales rep even stopped all communication with me after I brought to his attention that the vehicle was faulty. I will be contacting BBB and looking into getting a lawyer if this situation is not settled. I am a repeat customer of their dealership and they are being unethical with my situation. Matt Bowers really should be ashamed to allow this to happen, if he even knows about it. Which I doubt he does.
