Although I had a very expensive repair, the shop owner was amazing with communicating the need for every repair he had to make, and it eas much cheaper than the dealer qpuld have charged and he did amazing work! Customer service is top notch and when I walked in to pick my car up the atmosphere is very welcoming. I will be a repeat customer!

My experience i paid over $5,000 dollars for repairs on my Audi 2016 TT then went to Audi New Orleans for an oil change and the multi-point inspection list the same repairs that was done at this business was not correctly done for example timing belt replacement wrong bolts, engine cooling reservoir need to be replaced and flashing I’m having to pay more for service now because the repairs was not done properly totaling $6,000 to correct this!

I travel a lot for my work, but when it comes down to having my Mercedes serviced or worked on for any reason……he is my go to business. He is honest and very knowledgeable about his work. They keep you updated on your service and it’s always been complete when they say it is……unlike the dealership. I just recently went past my service of over 1300 miles because I was out of state for him to work on my baby, and drove over 5 hours for him to service it. Not only did he service it I spoke about an area of concern of mine because it was an eyesore and he told us his recommendations, but he took care of it with no charge. He is truly the best of the best. ❤️❤️❤️
