Tatyana Klimenko is lying about the car and also her review is a big lie. I saw her my self many times at Rus Motors shop not for auto-repairs only for personal matters with the employees of Rus Motors. Also she got that car ( and is nice car for a little less of $ 4500 2013 Dodge avenger) because she personally asked the owner to find something cheap for her because she doesn't have to much money to spend, and she decide to get that car. Now she just complaining because they don't let her around the shop for their reasons. RUS MOTORS is a good and respectable company.

I bought a car for a reasonable price. I was told there were no issues. He even gave me $200 off the listed price. There were, in fact, issues. Within a day or two, the "check engine light" came on. It was an evaporation system leak. We also immediately noticed once we got home that the wiper spraying system wasn't working correctly. It shot the cleaner prematurely inside the system instead of through the spraying port onto the window. The back seat will not lay down and is stuck in the upright position. Most importantly, I noticed an oil leak not too long after. I took it to a local shop and the whole oil pan needed to be replaced because it was cracked beyond proper use. There were four other minor leaks, possibly connected to the oil pan being cracked but we won't know until the repair is done. My wife said she saw them pour something on the ground where the car was parked after we had left. I bet it was because of the oil leak. All of this is a far cry from the car being described as pristine and having absolutely no problems. Of course, when called, the car was perfect when sold so any issues had to happen on our end after we purchased the vehicle a week ago (despite it not being driven the whole week except from the autoshop and then to Walmart for an oil change). After we pay taxes on it and after all the work, we are looking at a vehicle that costs likely $2000 more than what we initially paid. This is regrettable because money is very tight these days given a global pandemic and all. My recommendation is to not use this business and instead to go to an actual Ford, Chevy, or brand dealership. You cannot be sure that the same thing won't happen to you. It is too much of a risk to buy a vehicle that will need so much work, especially during a time when money is regrettably so tight an thin. PSA Update: You will see the owner's reply below. The car was going to be driven to New Orleans TOMORROW. We drove the vehicle from Gulfport to Wiggins (35 miles). It sat for a couple days and then I took it to Walmart to get the tires rotated and balanced, a fuel system service, and the oil changed on Sunday. Then, it sat until I saw the oil under it today. We have company cars we use while at work. I just called the repairman and I asked him specifically, "Is this something that would've happened recently or do you think I bought this with this problem?" The repairman said, "Oh they sold it to you like this." Again, my wife saw him pour something on the ground after we bought the vehicle. Furthermore, notice how he did not mention the other problems he failed to mention in his reply. Also, I mentioned the taxes simply to highlight how expensive the vehicle was ON TOP OF THESE EXTRA COSTS from the extra repairs. When I called and texted, the owner often shirked responsibly for anything. He said the vehicle had no problems whatsoever, which is just not true.
