Zach was courteous made me feel like he was appreciated me choosing this location to have my services done. Great experience in parts the counter man went out of his way to show me the information I needed as well as how to install it. Very grateful they even send a short video of them checking tire tread and breaks. Pretty neat will keep coming here! If you are in a hurry go somewhere else though.★★★★★ 2 weeks ago

Ridiculous customer service. I had an appointment at 11am, and I had to call continuously throughout the day in order to receive updates about my car, and it was not even done until 6pm. They told me I needed a belt for my car, so I trusted their word, ordered the belt and never received once again a call about my belt. I requested I did not need the belt anymore if they could not respond to my calls. I was told I was not charged for the belt, and in fact I was with rude remarks stating “well since we had to special order it, you won’t be charged”.★☆☆☆☆ a year ago
