I called initially for a rattle in the rear of my car and was told from another shop it was baffles. Took it here and within five minutes that had diagnosed me with a heat shield that was making the noise and set me right up. They didn’t even charge! Honda civic 2019 sport touring, Great experience tbh they told me to come in when I had time they honored that and gave me a great deal and treated me very nicely while maintaining great company. and very well knowledgeable people about their crafts. They gave me options and work like pit stop mechanics got the job done in about 45mins which is impressive their welds are literally premium quality I’m a steelworker on the Seabee base and I gotta say they are as close as premium quality as it gets. They took off a part let me see what I was paying for then I said I wanted more and they did just that with quality and face paced while also treating you with respect gotta say this is the spot not going anywhere else for exhaust work

My wife and I were visiting from out of town when my motorhome's catalytic converter failed and I had to replace it at the campground where we were staying. I had one section of exhaust pipe that needed to be flared so I took it to National Muffler Shop and they did the work for me in less than a minute and didn't charge me for the job. This is why we always support small businesses whenever we can. These places are in competition with bigger national chains and strive to do good work at a fair price. With this last remaining pipe installed I was able to complete the catalytic converter installation so now we can move on to our next destination.

The young lady in the office was VERY nice and was able to get me a quote (accurately) and told me to bring my car in as soon as I liked. The gentleman in the shop was very polite and courteous, even called to make sure of what exactly I wanted before starting and got the work done very timely and from the looks of it very professionally.
