Reparar un agujero me valió lo mismo que comprar una llanta nueva, no me quedo de otra que hacerlo ya que lastimosamente no traía herramientas necesarias en ese momento en mi auto y el caballero en cuestión vio "la oportunidad", inclusive al momento de poner aire sale más económico hacerlo en una gasolinera cualquiera que aquí, y si no tuvieras conocimientos básicos te venderían una llanta reparada en lugar de parchar el agujero.

DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES FROM THIS PLACE! My husband purchased 4 used tires for his truck at this shop, literally two days later one tire blew up driving on the interstate causing him to almost crash! Then a whole month later not only do the other tires go flat but now we are having to buy all 4 tires again from a different shop because we refuse to go back to this place! 1/3/25 - MEDIOCRE ES LA FALTA DE RESPETO HACIA LOS CLIENTES. Y PARA QUE SEPA SI FUIMOS A RECLAMAR PERO NI LOCOS DE VOLVER A CONFIAR EN ESTE NEGOCIO Y SER TONTOS DE VOLVER A COMPRAR ALGO EN ESTE LUGAR. Me arrepiento mil veces no haber buscado los reviews de este negocio antes de gastar mi dinero aquí! Los comentarios de muchos compradores lo dice todo y la forma de responder del dueño aun mas!

3803. 25. Av Gulfport ms. EL GALLÓ TIRE SHOP So if you have a newer model car that you don't want destroyed this is not the place to go. I came here 4/28/2024 seeking a new tire (245 45 20)because a guy over the phone said they had some( lied) after arriving he told me let me look and there was no new tire In sight for me. Then he said to me, I have a used for 60 dollars in a real soft tone( so don't go looking to receive a new tire it's not there) and he lied. Then the workers seemed to all be in training with no one training them FOUR people on one tire they couldn't figure out how to get the tire off the rim. (HONESTLY) They scratched my rim completely up and then gone tell me we didn't do that like I didn't just come there in search of a tire so I saw my rim before hand of course! (smh) I wouldn't recommend this place to a individual on a bicycle, with a half flat tire they will lie and tell you they have patches to get you there and then destroy your handle bars. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS MCDONALD'S HAS BETTER SERVICE!!!

I went here to get 4 new tires on my car. The old wheel weights werent removed, after they were done told me its an extra 20$ per tire to balance them and they damaged my wheels. The old man there told me 20$ extra per tire to balance them, then the owner wants to say the tires i had on the car were garbage. Why yes they were thats why i had new tires put on. Guess i was hoping they would get done correctly. I was mistaken. Would not recommend this business to anyone! Very unprofessional!

Scammers!!! The owner told me that he gonna install a used 14ply tire to my trailer for 120$. Instead, he installs 12ply which new cost 98$ Answer for your comment: Because by the phone you told that you gonna install 14ply, we thought you are honest person

On 2/21/2025 I was needing spare tire replaced. When I pulled in I asked for an estimate to replaced the tire. Before quoting me a price, they had removed it from the under carraige and were proceeding to pop it off of the rim. I stopped the old man and told him I haven't even heard a price yet. He told me about $70. I said OK, and after he had the tire back on the rim, he popped a balance tab on the wheel and started to roll it back to my truck. I stopped him and said "Aren't you going to balance the tire?" He said that would cost me $20 more. That's when I demanded to speak with the owner. The owner was not on site, and when I called the number given to me it was no good. It was the same number on the business card that I was given. I grabbed a young man that barely spoke english and told him he better get the owner on the phone. After a few dials he spoke with someone in spanish and hung up the phone and told me $80 for everything. I watched as they rebalanced the tire and put it back on my truck. I am a 63 yr old white woman. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of. Do NOT do business with this place. I now have to take this tire to Goodyear to make sure I am not riding on a death trap!

I approached the workers where they just pointed where I needed to go to the next garage and sat there for 15 minutes in the Sun with no one coming to ask me what I needed or tell me that they were going to be right with me I didn't feel like my service was valued at all I ended up grabbing my tire and walking back to my truck nobody stop me yes the tires are good and they are fair priced but the professionalism is lacking

Had tires put on the front and rear of my BMW ..car drove fine before I had the tires changed . Now I'm without a car because one of the tires gave out and caused a car accident not even 3 days afterwards. Charged me $300 for the tires and Didn't balance the tires and also it took 2 hours for the guy to change the tires . Also one of the rear tires was put on backwards .

This is Robert. Somebody posted some misinformation about El Gallo on Highway 49 concerning a car that some guy took from that parking lot and that situation I can tell you for a fact because I was there Mr. Ralph did nothing but try to help if it wasn’t for Mr. Ralph. They would’ve never got that car back. Mr. Ralph had nothing to do with it. Some other man that was doing little side jobs around there had nothing to do with Mr. Ralph shot wasn’t even hired by Mr. Ralph Did this on his own this man that took the car was not associated with any of those shops right there by or next to El Gallo in anyway anybody can tell a story and make it sound true until the other side is told to set the record straight El Gallo and Mr. Ralph is a wonderful place to go if you ever need help with your tires on your car like a lot of us do as long as I’ve known Mr. Ralph he’s been nothing but an upstanding man and helps everybody that comes along across his path everybody please stop the misinformation take down any post that are not supporting Mr. Ralph and El Gallo like I do this is Robert and I was the one that picked up that car today because Mr. Ralph helped us to get it back even when it had nothing to do with him information has been mixed up crossed over and is not correct. Let me say one more time Mr. Ralph had nothing to do with that car missing and he is being unfairly targeted so folks again everybody please take down those posts if it is about this car thank you, Robert
