I had the most pleasant experience today at Legget Tire and Auto. My steering had excessive vibration and irregular handling. They knew exactly what I needed and got me in out in thanless than 30 minutes. They rotated and balanced my tires and gave me an idea of how many miles I had left on my current tires. No pressure to buy but I got friendly invitation to come back when the need arises. The team (Lisa,Chris,Jessica and Tim) made me feel that I had friends in the tire business. Pleasant conversation and reasonable service charge will make me a regular patron to this business. My mother has an older cat she adores and she has been through the ringer with other shops but Leggett’s Tire & Auto Service has solved not only her engine issues that NO-ONE else could solve but they did it in a timely manner. To go a step farther is to say they treated her with care and respect and held themselves to the highest in customer service. There are not enough good things to say about this shop and the people working here! A belt in our tire shifted on the interstate on our way to Florida. We were exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed out and over 4 hours from home. We stopped at another shop around the corner to be basically be laughed at and told if we were still in town in a week, they could (maybe) help us. Lisa and Jessica in the front office were so kind and helpful, there was a small play area to occupy our 6-year-old, and Chris in the shop came and explained the problem and answered all of our questions.
