★★★★★ It's hard to believe that I've been coming here for almost 25 years! Lisa and Chris are like my brother and sister and Jessica is one of my former students and just top notch! It's incredible to think of the number of cars they've serviced and just the amount of life shared and experienced among these incredible people, their family and with their mechanics as well! I initially brought my car to them on a Friday leading into a holiday weekend, as they were all excited about the upcoming holiday and anxiously looking forward to their respective plans! Later on, I brought a printout of a 75,000 mile service that I had gotten from Toyota, which according to the dealership was a $750 service. I wanted to ask them about it and see what they would charge. When I got my vehicle back, it was a little over $200. After I inquired about such a difference in price, they told me that my car didn't need all of that service done, and they only did what was needed. A place that didn't do unnecessary work, that didn't try to sell you additional services, and where the work was done reasonably, yes indeed! And I've never looked back! I love this place! And I'm so thankful to have known them for almost 25 years and counting! God-willing, here's to 25 more!

★★★★★ I had taken my 370z to another mechanic with an issue that they couldn't figure out. After my car being there for almost a week, I had to go get it. The following Monday, the issue came back and I took it to Firestone to give them a shot. On Tuesday, they called saying that they couldn't replicate it, either. I went up there and drove with a mechanic for awhile and STILL couldn't get it to have the issue. I took the car home and the next morning the issue came back. I immediately drove it up there and they were able to get an error code. I left it with them and, roughly mid-day, I got a phone call that they felt they had fixed the issue. Sure enough, they found and fixed the problem. Shoutout to Chris over there for being patient and explaining the situation to me! Between the quick turnaround time and something as out-of-the-way as letting me drive with a mechanic in the car to see if I could replicate it, I really appreciate the service I got and will absolutely be bringing my car back if another problem comes up.

★★★★★ Lisa was absolutely amazing! Such a delight to chat with while I waited the whole, maybe 10 minutes I was there, service was so fast!! She quickly put my mind at ease when I called about getting a tire fixed because of what I'd been told elsewhere. She quickly had one of her best grab and fix the tire as soon as I arrived. There was no pressure about buying anything extra, it was an overall fantastic experience, one I'd definitely recommend to everyone. Love those who care about their customers, would for sure use them again!!
