I came into AutoZone off of Douglas ave I needed head and break lights changed and was unsure how to do it and Joe (assistant store manager) who was very professional and had an amazing attitude volunteered to help me and got it done in a very timely manner. If I was able to give him more than a 5 star I would, I would also recommend this store to my family and friends for how amazing his service was.

My car was having trouble starting. I drove over to AutoZone and Tim D., the new store manager, tested my battery - which fortunately was the problem. He did say that he would be happy to test the alternator and starter, if needed. It took almost no time to get a battery, which Tim promptly popped in. When you have car trouble, but don't know much about cars, any kind of problem feels like it's going to be a long, drawn-out, expensive situation. Tim quickly put my mind at ease and provided an affordable solution. I'm so very happy. He saved the day!! Highly recommended.

Today was a great experience thanks to associate Ian. I had just came from the Durand Ave “Mt. Pleasant “ AutoZone and didn’t get the help I needed assisting me with my headlight issue. Ian provided me with excellent customer service and I left very happy. I should have went to Douglas Ave to begin with. I know who my first choice is from now on!

Tim was so helpful and attentive. Stood in the pouring freezing rain and hail to help replace my headlight. 40 degrees and in his auto zone t-shirt never complained. 1 star only because you can't give negative stars! Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever been given anywhere in 56 years of life! Apparently no one here gives a blank about any type of customer service for even being polite to a customer. I will never shop at this location again and I will recommend that no one else does

Usually I'm very happy with this location. I have purchased windshield wipers several times at this location and was happy with the staff placing them on for me, and the staff were pleasant at those times. However, I was disappointed when I visited this location on Sunday, 8/25 to purchase a cabin air filter for my car. The cashier asked another employee to get it, which she did. She brought the air filter, and the box was very beat up and had an oil stain on it. I asked if she could please get another one, and she said she wouldn't because this is how they all come. I would have appreciated if she at least tried to see if there was another one in better shape, but she didn't. If this is truly how they all come, then hopefully AutoZone can figure out a way to keep the boxes in good shape and free of oil stains. The cabin air filter circulates the air we breathe in the car, and as someone who drives frequently for my job, I do not want an air filter that potentially is stained with (who knows what kind of) oil or substance. When she told me she wouldn't get another one, I stated I wasn't interested in purchasing it. She still didn't try to find a clean one; she just said fine and took the box away. I took the car somewhere else to have it changed.

I visited AutoZone recently for a battery replacement and initially had a less than great experience with the cashier. She seemed disengaged and gave short responses, which was disappointing. I was told there was no one available to install the battery at that moment which I understood but unfortunately, my car died in the parking lot. When we went back inside to ask for a jump, my car still wouldn’t start. That’s when Ken Price stepped in. Without hesitation, he offered to replace the battery himself. Despite likely having other tasks to manage, he handled everything quickly, professionally, and with a smile. His service was outstanding, and he made a frustrating situation so much easier to deal with. Thank you, Ken, for going above and beyond you’re a fantastic employee!

The old woman with the yellow hair today was extremely rude. I needed help do finding an item. She’s said “you can see The number can’t you?” When I said “yeah, I don’t have time” she said “ I don’t have time either”. To help a customer?! Is that not your job? Then people wonder why we order online. So we can avoid rude store workers. She needs retraining.

The manager in training is very disrepectful and rude. I asked to see if he had a part in stock and he was complaining and making it seem like it was a huge deal to find the part, The other employes were very helpful and friendly, Dont go to this location if your looking for a part,the manager in training has to be talked to by a superviser.

On 1/31/2026, tried to have my car battery charged. Employee wouldn't help. Was told the car could not be left in the parking lot while the battery got charged!?! I’d have go park somewhere else, take the battery out and then get a ride back to the store. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PLACE.
