The staff at auto zone are pretty cool and reasonably knowledgeable. The rent-a-tool program is really nice too, aside from the limited selection. Prices aren't too bad and they have a nice rewards program. They can also tell you which auto zone has the part you need if they don't.

The owner/manager needs to hire more workers. I Usually see 2 employees, unless more are hiding in the back. So, that being said, it lags. Expect a long wait time. I called and was put on hold for over 6 minutes. So I hung up. Totally Unacceptable! Corporate apparently doesn't care. I'm a regular AutoZone customer. I've met great store Managers who properly train/coach their employees, in turn they provide equally great customer service.

I stopped in for a fuse. Jose helped me. I explained what the fuse is for. He suggested a few other items as well as the fuse. I purchased the items (as well as the fuse and fuse tester). He helped me install them. Jose displayed great knowledge as well as a willingness to assist me with my needs. I appreciate him and his assistance very much. Thanks Jose and thanks AutoZone.

Came in for new wiper blades and I believe the gentleman that helped us last name was Scott but (not 100% sure), anyway, he looked up the sizes we needed and was so kind as to put them on. Great friendly customer service. This employee was phenomenal.

Great staff, great selection, great prices, loaner tools are top notch. One employee in particular is really great. I've seen her working at several area businesses over the years and I enjoy seeing her every time. She's like "The" store employee in my mind when I think of a great employee in the Youngstown area.

I went in to find license plate screws. The guy behind the counter was rude and focused on something else. The screws were 4 for $5!!! I went to Home Depot and bought the exact screws 8 for $1.38. I was the ONLY CUSTOMER in the store.

Well it's a box parts store so you are kind of on your own about parts verification. Always make sure you check your parts and it doesn't hurt to have them test the new one before you take it either. High staff change-over usually means you only see the same person once or twice so there's no familiarity. And they're generally not helpful and almost always unknowledgeable. But it's how we do business today I suppose and they're usually better than their counterparts. Always go in prepared to verify, save yourself a lot of hassle.

So when I came there the game is a wrong size thermostat for my 2011 Chrysler 200 I took it back to them and they actually gave me the right thermostat but the serpentine belt was the wrong size and it started ripping which is causing problems to my vehicle now I'm not too thrilled with the people that work there at that AutoZone I'm very disappointed and now I might be coming out of pocket more they need to do a better job.
