It seemed like my battery was dying so I came in for a free battery test. Catherine was very helpful in testing both the battery and alternator. She was very professional and quick in cleaning the corrosion off the terminals, installing a new battery, and making sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend!

Store 301 on pinhook is my store. I go there often. And the guys always help me. I am a woman and like most women we do not know anything about cars. Allen is great! He changed my battery, changed the battery in my key fob and got me rolling. I appreciate them, if you have any issues visit them. I highly recommend

Mr. James and Mr. Mike were definitely in the Christmas spirit. I went in to borrow a tool to replace my tail light, but received such a huge blessing. I was having an extremely hard day, but that encounter with the two of them put me in the Christmas spirit for sure. They were extremely patient with me and went above and beyond to help me. Store 301 is perfectly staffed from management to crew members. I feel as a woman it’s a great thing because I felt as if they actually wanted to help me and not just make a sale. The ladies that get it, get it. Merry Christmas to all employees of store 301; I pray you and your families receive everything y’all deserve ✨❤️💚 especially mr. Mike and Mr James and the awesome manager on duty that allowed them to help me.

My wife was traveling in Lafayette and had an indicator light come on her dash, being a Sunday there weren’t repair shop options readily available. We decided she would pull in at AutoZone and see if they could just double check if there were any error codes. Fortunately, she connected with Breezy and she was most definitely a blessing. Being out of town and not having many options, Breezy was quick to check the codes and did a bit of research to show us the issue is a known issue with Subaru, but they report it as not an emergent safety issue, meaning driving the car would still be safe. Being out of town and coming upon Breezy, who was willing to go the extra mile is what should definitely be commended. If anyone in a leadership role with AutoZone reads this, you should understand how amazing Breezy is and she deserves huge recognition! I would highly recommend this store and their staff!

There were none in the store, so James Shelton had some in his personal vehicle and assisted me with putting it on, checking for leaks, and airing up my tire at its proper psi! Purchased a battery at the Johnston location less than 2 years ago that started to act up. Knowing that they warranty their batteries, we attempted to have it looked at at this location. We have a battery tester at home and it showed us that it was going bad. The gentleman didn’t even attempt to test the battery and stated that the corrosion was “regular maintenance.” Came to the Broussard location where they tested and did indeed confirm that the battery was going bad and changed it out per their warranty. Will never come to the pinhook location again.

Tania = Top tier. The whole commercial team really. There has been several times that both Tania and Chelsea have pulled up to my shop to deliver parts when they were overextended as far as delivery drivers. IN THEIR PERSONAL VEHICLES, mind you! I had a part get special ordered to this store I was told it would be in today as of Tuesday, January 25, 2026. I called the store at 8:50 PM And access the part was in, And the guy said yes I can come pick it up tomorrow morning because they’re about to close. So as of Wednesday, January 25, I went in the store at around 11:30 asking for the part and now they’re telling me the part not here. Now it’s coming in at 5 o’clock. So I’ll come in at 6 o’clock and he still telling me it’s not here and I’m asking for my money back And now they’re telling me it’s nothing they can’t do about it.

The absolute worst web sight on the net. I can not look up my parts. I do not need to know how to get a code read. I do not need to know how to replace a fan belt, and I do not need any help doing any repairs, on my vehicle. I have been doing mechanic work for 50 years. I JUST NEED TO LOOK UP MY PARTS!!!!!!! When I type on my part, I need a response to that part. Not what ever the web sight things I may need. I know what I need. Just look up the part, as typed. Example rebuilt engine,,, crate engine,,, and yes, I put in my vehicle info first.
