I just love to visit Auto Zone. I stopped by today, and of course, Andrew is my favorite. He goes out of his way for his customers. Andrew helps me every time I enter that store. I have been having trouble with my headlines on my 2019 Escape burning out every few months. No one can has found the problem yet. I stopped in there a couple of weeks ago and a young lady, I think her name was Nicole, helped me. She changed my headlights, was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me out immensely. I have purchased about 6 headlights in the last 9 months and she had some excellent advise on the potential problem and on top of that, because of how many I have purchased from your store, she warranty/damage claimed the headlights and I did not have to pay for this set. Talk about unexpected!! I was so surprised and thankful to her, I wanted to hug her. She is a shining example of great customer service for your store. It is because of her that I will come back to the Amherst Autozone exclusively. I only hope I remembered her name correctly because she is an asset to your store and represents Autozone customer service to a tee. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

Drove to Amherst Ohio AutoZone to get Drivers side brake caliper for a 2018 Honda CRV . A young man helped me and got the part, I asked him to double check since I drove far to get the part. He stated he was sure it was the drivers side part. Got home to find it was the passenger side part and did not fit. Called store and went back , was refunded the money and then charged 30 dollars more than the first transaction. I attempted to ask the women helping me and she said it was the same price. I showed the old and new receipt and explained math. She said loudly … I cannot help this guy ! She then told me to take the new parts out of the box and put the core charge in it. She then got the manager who told me the new price was right. Then asked Are we done here ? I said no , please train your staff to read the numbers on the part boxes and to make sure when asked to verify that they do so. So she shrugged her shoulders and I carried my parts out by hand to my car. No apologies for the wrong part , no apologies for the wrong verification. And the rude women was apparently ok to treat people like dirt. My thoughts … O’Reilys was right across the street , The owner should really examine who they hire as managers and workers. Customer service ? Maybe that’s how they treat people in Amherst. My wife commended me for not raising my voice. Last visit there .
