I took my VW Atlas here after a collision. The damage required extensive repairs including suspension, wheel, paint and body. To my surprise, I had my car back in less than 6 weeks. Bonus: if you get an enterprise rental, they have shuttle service and you can just return the car at Autonation which is super convenient. My experience was great, as always. The collision center took care of everything from securing my rental car to doing such a great job on replacing and painting my tailgate that you would never know this was a dent there. My vehicle looks brand new again!

Took my new car in because someone scratched it in a parking lot. Got it back after 4 days and it had a chip in it and dust from sanding in the cracks so it had to go back. They had it 4 more days and they brought it to me. The work was fine this time but the inside and outside of my car was dirty from the workers touching it while dusty. Thanks for making more work for me I hope I never have any problems with what they fixed because I don't ever want to go back there. Worst experience with a shop ever!

I was in an auto accident on Veteran's Day last year and I had JUST GOTTEN my car back from other service that had to be done. Anyway, the other driver didn’t have insurance (of course) so my insurance paid for the repairs. Parts were on back order so there was nothing they could do. Frank (the manager) kept me informed every step of the way and was awesome!!! He explained everything, very courteous and polite. PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE!!! I had a great experience.

In for collision repairs post run-in with a deer. AutoNation and State Farm (as well as Enterprise rental) worked together to make this repair experience as seemless as possible. I was more than impressed with how quickly they took care of the repairs and had me back on the road again. Many thanks to Frank and the whole crew at AutoNation for a great repair job and making me a happy customer! The car was even cleaned on the inside when I picked it up! This is the second time I've needed the services after a couple of "oopsies". I highly recommend AutoNation Collision Center! Frank, the greatest communicator in the world, walks you through the process from first encounter to repaired return. You are frequently updated regarding the status of the repairs, or snags in the timeline. Both repairs, they had a delay getting parts they needed, but I STILL received my vehicle before the original completion date. The repairs were perfect. My Jeep was returned washed, vacuumed, and shiny like new. Thank you everyone at ACC!!! Great job!

AutoNation worked with my insurance to get my vehicle fixed - some other car side swiped my vehicle in a parking lot and left the scene. The work to my vehicle was great. The dents and scratches were gone - it was like new. They detailed my vehicle so my entire vehicle looked new! I loved that they called Enterprise to let them know I was there so they could send a car for me. And when I went to pick up my vehicle when the work was done, I was able to leave the rental car there and they took care of calling Enterprise to pick up the rental. I only had to pay AutoNation my deductible and I was out the door.
