A good backup dealership! Years ago did some trickyness trying to say my brakes were bad on the 2006 Prius. The brakes lasted anothe 100,000 miles. I suspected the bad diagnosis.

Went in because I failed the emissions test for registration. Diagnostic tests quotes came out to almost $1000. About $125 each. I wasn't worried because generally, in my experience, Diagnostic fees a waived or reduced if you have the work done at that shop. They are not at this shop. The work was good (at least good enough for me to pass emissions). I'll go elsewhere from now on.

I have dealt with and purchased all of my vehicles with Premier. They always provide excellent service as well as informed and polite sales personnel. My service today was good and informative and courteous. My son recommended me to them some time ago and I haven’t had a complaint in all that time. Zero stars, I have caĺled the service dept 4 times. I needed my tire changed and surprise no answer each time. Now I have to drive a further distance to get my tire changed. Worst company EVER! won't go back to them.

The only thing I can really say that wasn't great was the length of time I had to wait for an appointment because of how far out the service department was booked, but that could say they do such a great job they are popular. Russ the service manager is rude and unprofessional. Being told my vehicle was ready for pick-up after three weeks. I went to the dealership to pick it up. The dashboard was still disassembled. The battery cover had not been replaced. The mechanic slammed the dashboard back together, then slammed the battery cover closed. In doing so broke the battery cover. The original problem with the camera's camera's came back. I called the dealership service. I explained why I could not leave my truck for another three weeks I own a business and need my truck. Russ came on the phone and in his usual rude and unprofessional self said " I hear you don't like the way we do business" and that i should go somewhere else. The sales staff is awesome at what they do. But because of the absolute unprofessional attitude of a service manager I can't ever shop there again.

Came in for a transmission fluid flush for my supra back in July. Was worried about how it would go, given what I heard about flushes on transmissions. Went smoothly for the most part outside of my tranmission was super slow to cool( Took 2 days to cool down). Luckily, they hooked me up with a loaner until the service could be completed. Very happy overall with service and the communication they had with me.
