I had to get my starter fixed on my car and I was unable to drive it to the shop which is like 5 minutes from my house. I didn't want to really call a tow truck to get the car there because of the very short distance so the guy came to my driveway with the new starter in hand, lifted up the hood of my car and replaced the starter. Truly amazing!

My car broke down on the interstate 100 miles from home on a Sunday evening, they had me back on the road by noon Monday morning. Great price for the parts and labor my car needed, and they even gave me a ride to a local restaurant while we were waiting for my car's part to arrive. It's never fun getting stranded while traveling for the holidays, but I'm glad I chose to have my car towed to Michael's. Thanks guys!

My vehicle broke down on the Turnpike and it was towed into Michael's first thing Monday morning. I received a phone call from them within 30 minutes of it arriving. By noon they had called with the diagnosis. I had broken a belt, I figured it was the water pump that had seized and was expecting a huge repair bill. By Tuesday morning my vehicle was ready to be picked up and the bill was $200. Needless to say, I'm a happy guy. Great communication through out and quick thorough repair. If you breakdown near Lorain, go to Michaels.

Our car was fixed at Michael's when no one else had been able to. Very friendly staff/mechanics that explained what was actually wrong and why the issue hadn't been resolved before. Great place. I stopped in because I was having trouble putting new style wipers on my truck. Within a minute someone came to help me out and got them installed free of charge even when I offered to pay they didn't want any money for their service. My vehicle was in an accident and needed the transmission replaced. The good people at Michael’s sourced a replacement with a 1 year warranty at a very fair price. They worked with my insurance company and communicated everything to me promptly along the way. The repair was completed sooner than expected. I wouldn't trust this owner with my car ever again. They don't know what there doing with vehicles or anything. If I could I would give a negative 5 stars. Please everyone stay away from this place. Now I got to replace my own water pump on my own. If I had to charge them myself I would and give them a bill. Don't trust them with your vehicle. They are a SCAM FOR YOU'RE MONEY!!!! they mess up my whole car. I am giving everyone a fair warning

Friendly and honest mechanics here. I took my car in for a new strut, and was quoted somewhere else at over $700. They replaced it for me for hundreds less. Andrew talked me through the repairs and any other concern I had. The service was done quickly, and it was affordable as well. I had no issues at all! I will be getting all repairs done here from now on, and will recommend them first to anyone who is looking for auto repairs.
