Very impressed with the service person who called me today. He was very kind and professional. The part they ordered has arrived and an appointment was scheduled for it to be installed. They will also readdress the howl that is heard only in AWD. He assured me they would do everything necessary to correct the problem.

Service people are nice and process you pretty fast. The only problem is how long they take to give your vehicle an oil change. My appointment was at 0900 and they didn't get done till 1100. I know they have a lot of vehicles to get done but only with it could be done a little quicker.

Service says they're open til 6pm, showed up at 5:30 and it was closed and dark. Sales Mgr. From up front had to come back and take car in. Credit card fee is pretty cheesy for a large outfit like Spitzer, expect that at a mom and pop place, but seriously, like Spitzer is so hard up they can't cover that. They're not shy about how much they charge, could certainly pad the bill another 2 bucks to cover cc fees and pocket the fee for cash payers. Also would have been nice if they would have drove it through the wash.

I had my oil change and tires rotated. When I got home I noticed the tires where not rotated so I went back. The manger said he checked with the technician who didn't think it was necessary. He forgot to say anything about it. The only way I knew was that I marked the tires before I took it in. After taking it back and having the technician rotate the tires, when I got home I noticed the back tires were moved to the front and the front tires were moved straight back. The manual says to cross the front tires when you move them to the rear. Very disappointing with the service. My wife will be getting a new car soon but it won't be from Spitzer.
