i recently visited to purchase a headlight bulb. not only did the cashier look up what i needed but he went to the aisle and showed me the part i needed. he also asked me if i needed help installing it and he helped me in less than two minutes. your associates are very friendly and helpful. i will be passing this experience on to all my girlfriends as i am over 60 and most of my friends are not auto friendly like me. thank you again for their helpfulness.

Worst place EVER!!!! I used their chat system and the person stated that they had the parts I needed, So I go all the way there to find out that they LIED and had NONE of the things I asked about, And to make matters worse, the old gray haired man working was RUDE AS HELL. Then I asked if they do do a diagnostic test and guess what? IT WAS BROKEN!!! He even bashed other workers saying they were STUPID and let customers take them outside to use and stole them, THAT is not something you disclose to another customer, THAT is something you tell your BOSS!! they obviously will hire ANYONE, even people with ZERO knowledge of vehicles or what they even sell. If you go, then you will be as ignorant as those "employees". STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM ANY AUTOZONE!!!!!!!!

Because I feel like when I go to AutoZone needing whatever they are very knowledgeable and also very helpful and most of the time they come to me before I come in the door well you could say I'm a regular but they keep me moving and keep me on the road and I have come to understand that they know what they're talking about have never yet been sold a bad part or have any problem with the parts that I purchased would I tell anyone about AutoZone I tried to tell the people that shop at Advance Auto to go to AutoZone better service better quality yeah that's my spot

I had a bad battery on the same day as I had two rescue transport. I had been on the phone with several different part stores, and nobody seemed interested in helping me. I drove to this store, and the young lady at the counter had me sorted in short order. They even changed the battery. I highly recommend this store.

There is only 1 staff in this place that knows vehicles and the correct part. I purchased wipers getting the wrong ones by a staff member. When i returned the manager who is amazing and is bilingual assisted me with getting the correct wipers. They put them on for me amd were very friendly

I came across this young man named Aesh who worked there and he was very helpful when I needed assistance. I purchased a new battery and also had a few questions about my vehicles Bluetooth. And he installed my car battery and helped me connect my new iPhone to my vehicle. I really like the customer service and support I got from this young man and I will be continuing my business with AutoZone

I needed new wiper blades and having them installed. I stopped first at a competitor and there was only one employee with 3 people waiting, so I came here. As I drove up 2 employees were in front of the store helping customers and after speaking with one I was promptly assisted and had my wipers quickly replaced and then they made sure they were working properly. I left with a smile on my face thinking, now this is service!
