I was treated disrespectfully by a younger, but old-looking girl by agreeing in laughter with another employee about something she previously told me like, "Thank you, that's what I told her hehehee". Indirectly to me. I addressed her unprofessional manner because I know her type...they're not raised with the best manners, get jobs and act like they are still home in their kitchens (which shows me how much they get paid afterall-NOTHING). She instantly began with chicken-pecking, ratchet talking, and gestures about how much she don't give a f*** regardless of what I said. Make matters worse, the supposed superior comes out and instantly jumps in my face about getting out and calming down as though I were the out of control employee with the job there. He knew not how to handle the situation and mostly, his irate ghettotized co-worker. I'm making public awareness to this situation all the way to the press. Lawsuit???

Prices for auto parts are at decent prices and u can find pretty much all needed parts that u need. It will always be a place for me to go to shop for much needed parts for my car. I will always direct friends n family to shop there.

The pricing and what's in stock is eyebrow raising...I was getting charged for an electric fuel pump for 143 dollars but when asked how much the entire fuel pump assembly costs it was just 98 dollars, I also feel like they lie about batteries being good or not to sell you one Twice I've gone for a battery and was never shown a test receipt, seems like I'm being scammed.

I stopped in for new windshield wipers… I was met with a beautiful smile and a wonderful greeting from Adriana… She cashed me out and put my new wipers on in 7 degree weather!! It was difficult as my old wipers were frozen. She didn’t give up and I’m so happy… thank you so much!!!!

852 N .Clinton Ave Terrible commercial management service go into the location to return a part under warranty and they say the only individual who can assist me is on break for 30 minutes definitely wouldn’t recommend this location due to lack of only one commercial employee being qualified at this location

I visited the store at 852 N Clinton Ave and was shocked by the cashier's rudeness. Despite my efforts to provide information about my previous visit to a nearby location, they seemed uninterested in helping me. The cashier's comment about no location selling windshield wipers was unnecessary and unprofessional. To add insult to injury, they refused to help me install my new windshield blades, citing that everyone else was too busy and she doesnt do that.
