You’d get faster help crashing into a barricade and waiting for insurance to handle any vehicle issues. Zero other customers in store, place stinks like body odor, and staff legs will likely atrophy before moving to assist.

Nice selection and great staff, very helpful. That said the staff needs a lot more training. The simple question of will this H7 bulb fit vs this H7 bulb. Sure the bases are the same but 1 is much longer than the other. He didn't think they were the same base and didn't know how to check the computer to see what for my car.

I purchased a battery in Florida in March. A week after being in Rochester my car wouldn't start. I got a jump, but it wouldn't hold a charge. I took it to AutoZone on Goodman, the you lady tested the battery and said it was bad. She replaced it and I was on my way. Thank you AutoZone.

Came in for a rear wiper blade and was met with an uninterested associate who couldn't determine what I was looking for other than to assure me that "we don't help install rear wiper blades" despite me never asking them to do so. Then during the actual transaction it appeared that half their POS system wasn't even completely turned on correctly and he struggled to get me a receipt as their printer had backed up orders ago and gone unfixed. Literally 10 minutes away is another advance auto please go there instead

What a great store! I’d come back from a 6 Week Rd. trip with broken windshield wipers. It was late and I was exhausted and Adrian was incredibly helpful! Courteous, friendly, and changed my blades out quickly. A delightful young man! Give him a raise!

Very helpful staff. I was looking for a battery, the Webster location was out and they sent me to the Penfield location because the inventory system showed 6 at that location. When I got to Penfield the guy at the desk was on his cell phone, he said they sold the last battery earlier. Although he thought the battery I was looking for was on a pallet, he was not willing to look for it for me. I called the Irondequoit store and the two ladies I talked to there were not able to use the system to search for the part number I was looking for. Once they found the part number they were not willing to check if it was on the shelf. I decided to call East Main and TJ answered. He was able to quickly look up the part number and was eager to check if it was on the shelf before I came in. When he came back to the phone, he let me know that he found one and brought it up to the counter. When I showed up a couple minutes later the battery was at the counter waiting for me. Great experience! Thank you TJ

I had a headlight out. The manager, Kristen, researched it for me. She found the bulbs and offered me good/better/best options, which really made me happy because I think we didn’t have the best ones in and they were not bright enough. Then! She installed the bulb for me. On top of that she noticed there was corrosion and got a little lubricant to improve the connections. Also- she noticed that another part of my engine had missing bolts and directed me to a mechanic who could fix it. She’s a very caring person with excellent mechanical skills. Thanks so much!
